Best Circuit Breaker in Houston TX

I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric, they were referred to me by a friend who previously used them with great results. My mother had an electrical issue that could not be solved by other (so called) electricians at her home. I called and spoke with Paul on a Saturday morning ( which shocked me being a weekend and all), he was very thorough and professional over the phone, he had a technician by the name of Joshua dispatched over to her home immediately and within a very short time, PROBLEM SOLVED!! My mother was and still is extremely satisfied to say the least. We will be referring Paul Richard Electric to any and all who need an electrician in the future. Thank you Paul and Joshua!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

He did a great job installing everything and did not rush through even though it was an all day job! Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.

Great response to my electrical needs, was the first company to call me and make an appointment, Called me within 2 minutes of me searching for a company. They fit me in the next day, made the store run for me so I did not have to leave work and very reasonably priced and payments were done online. Highly Recommended.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

If anyone need assistance with any type of electrical work and pulling permits for the work being performed I would HIGHLY recommend using Alpha Electric Company. I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much! We will definitely keep you all in mind for our future needs!
