I lost power late on a Friday. I called Paul and he was at my place in less than 45 minutes. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend. Will always consider using them if I ever need a good electrician.

They showed up more than 1 hour early. And we were not home. So they just left. When I called I have to wait two days to get someone else to come.After two days of waiting, the technician came on time this time. He’s professional but without telling us the price, he fixed our problem in 2 mins. Then they charged us $99. Unbelievable.

Auggie is the name of my serviceman and he did a great job! He had to remove the old chandelier from a 12' ceiling and then put together and install the new one. He is very professional and respectful. When his supervisor came over to inspect his work, they did me the great favor of resetting the heavy dining room table under the chandelier.

The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

Excellent company. Oscar and his assistant did a great job installing new light fixtures in my attic and running new wiring for a new door bell. They were efficient, knowledgeable and cleaned up when they were finished.

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Mister Sparky did an excellent job. Service was extremely quick and thorough. Sonny spent a great deal of time answering my questions and trying to get to the bottom of my cable problems. He also did a wonderful job of installing my light fixture, reviewing my electrical panel and offering me options for future improvements. I will definitely call this company again.

I’ve used Curtis a couple of times, most recently for the installation of LED lights in my kitchen. He was very punctual both times. Curtis is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he really cares about doing a great job. Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.

If anyone need assistance with any type of electrical work and pulling permits for the work being performed I would HIGHLY recommend using Alpha Electric Company. I worked with Jeanne Stubbs, she is amazing and has a lot of knowledge in this area. The technician arrived timely and did an excellent job. Simply amazing work! Thank you so very much! We will definitely keep you all in mind for our future needs!
