I highly recommend Paul Richard Electric, they were referred to me by a friend who previously used them with great results. My mother had an electrical issue that could not be solved by other (so called) electricians at her home. I called and spoke with Paul on a Saturday morning ( which shocked me being a weekend and all), he was very thorough and professional over the phone, he had a technician by the name of Joshua dispatched over to her home immediately and within a very short time, PROBLEM SOLVED!! My mother was and still is extremely satisfied to say the least. We will be referring Paul Richard Electric to any and all who need an electrician in the future. Thank you Paul and Joshua!

This is a complete false advertisement that this company is open 24/7. They answer your call, but they do not do absolutely anything. Due to their so poor response to my service request, probably, they are no longer in service. Hard to believe that Google supports a so disorganized company.

We've used RTE several times. I have nothing but positive comments. Chris was professional & knowledgable, and excellent at communicating what issues were & offer a number of options to resolve our issues. Highly recommend!!

Generator installation, relocation, and missing parts. I talked to Dawyne and when I was telling him that I already paid for the service of relocation and storage of my generator he got abrupt with me and hung up. He wanted an extra $200 to bring it back out to the house. They did a good job of getting my money $10,500 for the generator and instillation the first time and $650 for picking it up storing it, then bring it back to me when I moved into the new home. I called back and after three calls he was tired of hearing me and returned the generator as the paperwork stated. When I received the generator it was missing the keys to lock it and the top popped open so I cannot close it. And the hole that had a wireless communication $ 495 for the status of the generator, that was also missing. Dawyne also stated that he would send me the parts if he could find them or replace them. Four months later and nothing. I am not one to post things on review that are bad, but this time it had to be done to warn other to not do business with this company. If it went great this would be a different review like the first one I did when they originally installed it. Yes I did get a quote for the rehook up job which was stated going to be around 4-5 grand when they pulled it. When I got into the new home other companies were around 5-7 grand and then they came out and it was a different story. Theirs was $10,248 just for hooking it up with electrical and gas. The one I used is A1 plus electric for 5,200. That is probably another reason Dawyne was upset with me, because I asked for it back and he asked why and I stated it is mine and I want it back. He is not dumb and he knew that I was not going to use him. Here are some pictures to show that I am not lying or just putting out a bad review. If the company wants to do right, then do as you said and return my items that you owe me or replace them. Not that hard. I will change my review to we had some problems, but they fixed them. That easy. I hope this turns out good, will keep you posted. I changed the amount for hook up sorry was off by 1,750 as I have places the quote below. It was not stated correctly as the reply stated. I will let you as a reader make up your own mind as numbers do not match up from my quote which I have provided below and the quote that was stated by the company. Thanks again for reading. They did state that they were sending items. Will update as I have not received yet.Update:They were kind enough to send the keys and a the generator link that was covered in what I believe is urine or at least it smells like urine when I opened the box and pulled it out when it was still wet. Not happy!! So I took some photos and they are below. I actually thought this was over, but I am very upset. And I also have a picture of the name of the person that sent it. I have been spelling his name wrong so I will get it right from now on. Duane instead of dawyne. This is the same guy that has “hung up on me and treated me bad”. Now this? I don’t think this is funny!! If the owner wants to call me you know how to get a hold of me. Or we can talk on the form. It is up to you.

Brotherly love and this team is incredible. They did a large scale LED lighting package for me at a commercial project in woodlands. I had a crew for 3 weeks with just a 2 hour notice. The guys got me out of a huge bind and did incredible site work. Legit guys who helped us get through this project.

My husband and I had an interlock switch and panel for our generator installed. Also included was a 50amp outlet and whole home surge protector. The gentlemen were on time and kept my husband aware of every step in the process. We weren't sure about pricing and after receiving our quote found it was more than we had planned to pay. However, after doing some research we realized at this time with everything going on in the world the quote was reasonable and worth it.

Justin was very professional and I would highly recommend them. He was very accurate and handled all my needs on installation a new box. I even had him autograph my new panel!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Texas Electrical did an amazing job with my electrical repairs. They were very professional and arrived on time. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend and use them again in the future!

I had an issue during the Memorial Day Holiday with my breaker. I did not think any electricians would be able to come out and that I would be without power for the day. I called with my fingers crossed and was happy to have Curtis answer. I described the issue and he said that he would come in an hour. Within the hour Curtis was at my home and identified the issue right away. He was timely, professional, and very knowledgeable. He fixed the issue in a quick manner, and even took the time to educate me on the issue at hand and how to avoid future issues.If you have an electrical issue and are reading this, I highly recommend you picking up the phone and calling Curtis.

I’ve been converting a van to live in and end up doing the electric myself but I wanted a professionals opinion to confirm everything was correct. So I called up 4eighty electric and they were happy to help! They drove out to my house on time and went through everything with me. They also wired my water heater and I couldn’t be happier! They were easy going and really did me a solid. My van is now up and running on its own with no problems. Thanks so much 4eighty electric. I recommend their services for anyone. I really liked that they were able to see me within 2 days.

OMG responded very quickly and took a hands on approach to calculating how big of a standby generator I needed to run my whole house. They relocated and replaced my main panel with a larger capacity panel, trenched and ran over 40' of conduit, set my generator and transfer switch/panel, contracted a plumber for the gas connections, pulled all permits and inspections with the city of conroe. He came out to do the panel load test on February 22nd, he started the job on the 28th and he was completely finished and inspected by March 15th. Overall an excellent experience... I definitely recommend OMG.

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
