Jose came on time. He was extremely professional and understanding. I had recently purchase a washer and dryer. But the dryer was not working. The people who dropped off the set recommend me contact an electrician to come out. Jose explained to me what the issue was and gave me a handful of options on how to proceed. He was not pushy about the most expensive option. But I just wanted to get the dryer up and running. And that is exactly what he did. He ended up replacing the 4 prong outlet to a 3 prong outlet. And the dryer now works. Jose is friendly and has great house manners. Would recommend anyone to Paul Richard Electric. Thank you Jose for your amazing expertise.

Edit: set up an appt, had a no call no show. Called back and left a message. Never heard back. They do good work but scheduling is terribleHad a bit of miscommunication on scheduling, but the rest of the service more than made up for it. Sal showed up early, quickly knew how to resolve the issue I had, gave me options, drove to get the part needed, and installed it within a few minutes. The biggest thing I look for is trust and On Time has it.

From calling to schedule through the repair the whole team was courteous, knowledgeable and expedient in arriving to asses and complete the work needed. The electrician went above and beyond in evaluating not only for the issue I called him out on but also on things he noticed that I should know. SUPER JOB!

Setting the appointment was easy. Isaac, the electrician called before he came and was on time. They didn't charge a service call and the quote for the repair was fair. He completed it on the same visit. They were great!

We have used them several times to replace an old outdoor outlet, fix a faulty GFI and fix a short happening in some outdoor lighting. They showed up on time, were polite, and did a good job. Will call again.

Demo old meter and replaced it with new meter! Outstanding work, professional and on time. I highly recommend this company for all electrical needs. The owner came out and he explained things in great detail, was very understanding and I wish all companies had their customer service skills. We received several quotes for the electrical work needed and this quote came in significantly lower, and he wasn't trying to pay for his kids' college with our job. I put this companies' business plan up there with Chick-fil-a. A company that comes out when they say they will, and they did what they said they would do.Stellar Company.

Oscar and Right Pro did a full re-wire of my home. They removed all of the knob and tube wiring from my place in just over a week. PRO is the operative word! These guys are top notch and I can't recommend them highly enough. They even did more than a few things free of charge which never happens. Most contractors spend so much time trying to nickel and dime you or upsell you. Oscar just wants things done and done right. His commitment to quality and customer service was evident from start to finish. KUDOS!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

Where most companies are cutting corners to leave faster, Ryan and the team inspected every detail to ensure it was done right. He made great recommendations and none that were unnecessary. House of Power did my new home. I was not totally happy with my builder but they did a great electrical job. During construction they were very helpful with great ideas for a finished product that my wife and I could not vision during construction. After our house closed we had no issues with their work. They also came in and finished out our bonus room and were right on target with other bids. Great expierience overall

Ohms did some work for me a couple years ago and did an excellent job. So I recently asked for a quote to do some additional work and they were very disappointing to work with this time around. It is unfortunate that their customer service is going to cost them this work and future work with me.The details - They failed to get me the first quote, and I had to call them to find out what happened and to get a second visit arranged. They then failed to show up for the second visit. When I called to find out what was going on, they fabricated a story that I had called them and said that “I was confused and didn’t want to get the work done”. After expressing my frustration, Tonya at Ohms proposed sending me a quote without having to do another visit, and recommended that it would make sense for my situation to split the work up into two quotes to tackle one at a time. The quote I received was not split and was incorrect in a few places. When I asked her to make the corrections, part of which was reducing the scope of work, she increased the cost by 30% in the updated quote, citing that the reason was efficiencies lost by having to make multiple trips (Ohms is 10 min from my house). She then lied to me for a second time when she stated that she never recommended multiple trips. It was at this point that I chose to go with another service provider.
