A1 provides exceptional customer service, fair billing and good quality work. We had to have a brand new panel installed. Alandra is a pleasure to work with on the phone for scheduling and billing.They always provide free estimates and Jose gave sound advice so as to try to save us some money when he came to give the estimate. His advice was correct and we didn't have to spend as much as we thought. He also explained the problem in detail and answered my many questions in a respectful and professional manner. They got us on their schedule very quickly and the work was completed in one day. We noticed our pool light was not connected to the panel later that night and they immediately sent someone out the next day to finish connecting it. I highly recommend.

Had two light fixtures replaced. I had planned on getting a quote but got the work done the same day. I thought the price was reasonable and the Rep was available to complete the work. The rep was very professional and courteous. The work was completed quickly and my fixtures look great. Will use this company again for additional electrical work.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

Trying to sell a David Weekley home that is only 4 years old. Buyer's inspector found issues with the breaker panel. TX Electrical stood adamantly behind their work, but refused to give me a signed work ticket. Then, after way too much time and energy spent, the report they emailed to me was not professional (the worst I have ever seen). If their work was so defensible, then why was it like pulling teeth to get that sad excuse for a report? I had JD Precision come out for a plumbing issue the same inspector found, and the plumber said nothing was wrong, but they immediately emailed me professional report, including pictures to provide back to the buyer. Polar opposite experiences.

Highly recommend West Houston electrical . Have used them a couple of times now and their work is to be commended . Drew spent an entire day wiring an outside kitchen area for us and finished the job well after regular working hours . Dedicated and professional

I’ve used Curtis a couple of times, most recently for the installation of LED lights in my kitchen. He was very punctual both times. Curtis is very knowledgeable about his craft and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. You can tell that he really cares about doing a great job. I will definitely use Curtis for any future electrical problems I may have in the future.

Lone Star Electric was owned by another and 5 years ago under previous management, a new electrical panel was installed upside down at a client's home and would not pass inspection when they went to sell it. The homeowner reached out to Lone Star Electric 5 years later (present day) and asked if they could help resolve this problem. Though they did not own Lone Star Electric at the time, the current owner/management , stood by their name and their work, and sent two electricians out to my client's house and spending 4 hours working on rebuilding and correctly installing the panel, all at absolutely no charge to my client! Their professionalism is unbeatable and though I personally had not used them for electrical services prior to this, I am very very impressed and will recommend them to all my clients! Good work Lone Star Electric!
