Together these qualities provide a great customer experience.I’ve used Curtis twice in the recent past and both times he came same day and was on time and took care of the issue very promptly. At the same time educated me on the what/why/how of the task at hand.I’ll be using Curtis for all my electrical jobs.

Mr Electric were there when I needed their help late one night. The lady answering the phone was professional and knowledgeable. It was not an emergency so I elected to have them come out the next day. Marcus was the electrician and he was the consummate professional- knowledgeable, honest, and personable. Marcus gave me my 3 options along with his professional opinion on each option. I decided on the safest option and Mr electric scheduled the work for the following morning since they would have to power off the house during the work. I could not be happier with Marcus’ work and with Mr Electric. I will use them in the future when anything goes wrong with my electric supply to the home. I just hope it will be a long while! LOL. GREAT JOB GUYS THANKS!!

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical). I'll definitely work with them again.

A very skilled technician showed up and fixed the leak I had and charged me a very reasonable fee. They also guarantee their work. I will call them again for anything that needs fixing. When we need handyman services for our Houston office building we rely on T&Z All Services exclusively for all repairs. Whether it is electrical, plumbing, roof repair, locksmith services on practically anything else, they are the company we call. It is fast and reliable. We have been using them for years.
