While the initial consultation and assessment from Matthew was promptly and professionally handled, the actual work contracted was never performed and the company charged me regardless. The people assigned to the work arrived at 9pm (even though the time window was set between 1 and 4pm) reset a breaker and left. After complaining about this, another person was sent out a couple of days later (arriving outside of the window again) only to once again not perform the work and to tell me the original assessment wasn't done properly --- and that he would send me a quote for the work that was actually needed. I attempted to work with the company to remove the charges for work not performed, but they were not responsive. Lots of good reviews here on Google--- not so much on Yelp as I learned a little too late. My experience seems to not be unique.

Excellent service and quality repairs

I called for an electrican to change an electrical component in my ceiling fan and the representative told me they will only install NEW ceiling fans. I was disappointed with the experience, but they placed a follow-up call to further discuss their services. They seemed to really care about offering great customer service.

My home seems to have had some DIY electrical work done in the past. I wanted an electrician to help determine that things were safe and correctly done, in addition to changing out some fixtures and switches. At the end of the day, the electrician guided me and explained what had been done that day and what needed to be done next. On the last day I wanted to install a wall oven, but the socket had to be moved higher. When I asked him to take a look at the situation, he accepted the task without hesitation. I am new home owner and had previous electrical work done by another contractor. I didn't know at the time but it was a really bad job. This visit was a blessing to not only me but my house and family. Mr. Electric sent out Francisco to install 1 front door light and 3 outdoor floodlights. The company informed me that he would arrive earlier than scheduled which was a good surprise. He was very professional and courteous. After installing the first light without any problems he moved on to the second and oh boy that is where the problems begin. The old breaker for the circuit to all the oldside lights were totally wrong. So instead of 120v going thru the line, it was 250v. This is why my old flood lights failed in the first place and needed replacing. Franciso went above and beyond to find this out. He was all up in my attic tracing the wires back to the fuse box and figured it out in no time. When he replaced the old flood lights the metal bracket was all burnt and fried black. This was a fire hazard waiting to happen. If it wasn't for Francisco's hard work I would have never found out. I want to thank Mr. Electric for sending him to my house. If you want peace of mind and quality work done right at a reasonable price do not hesitate to call Mr. Electric. Definitely my new go to electricians from now on. Thank you Francicso so much.

The staff at OHMS were very responsive and were able to come out quickly. Once at the house, the electricians worked swiftly, efficiently, and were also good at explaining everything they had done, as well as answering all other questions I had (since I know next to nothing re: electrical). I'll definitely work with them again.

I called All Services for dry wall repair, they sent someone within 24 hours. The handyman showed up at the time they promised. He did a great job!!!! I highly recommend using this company.
