Technician was awesome but I was charged way too much for a simple fix for the breaker and GFC outlet. Took the tech 10 minutes max and all he did was turn off/on the breaker and hit the GFC button to restore the power to a few outlets. Owner quoted me on the phone for a 2 hour job and when I called to explain it took 10 minutes and to be reasonable, he refused. Should’ve quoted at 1 hour and not 2 and not assume. In the end his staff has awesome customer service and agreed with me and reduced the charges; owner definitely needs to take some lessons on business etiquette. Jamieson Sippee did a great job! First upon entering our home he placed booties over his boots. We had a breaker trip & after testing the breaker he then tested all the outlets affected until he found the problem. We appreciated his methodical approach and after he was done he vacuumed up afterwards. Everything was working again, and because it was warranty work, which he verified before starting the job, we only had to pay for the service. Very professional, courteous, and explained everything he was doing. We would recommend Jamieson to anybody with an electrical problem. Thank you Jamieson for your prompt, professional work.
