Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, trouble shoot the problem, he explained everything we needed to do in the future and he also reset our garage door (which hasn't worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and didn't charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well. We are very pleased with the personal level of service, friendliness and professionalism.

I needed them to come back to finish fixing a leak in my toliet. I was in a text thread with the dispatcher and technician. The technician randomly jumped into the conversation and accused me of lying (for literally no reason - it was weird).I typically don’t report / complain about bad work, but now that the technician crossed the line I’ll give a blunt review of their work:Extremely rude, lazy, and didn’t try to figure out what the problem was and just recommended to replace the whole toliet. I just had another company check it out, and they said all I had to do was replace a small part because there was a crack in it. Would’ve costed me $1,000+ if I just listened to the tech and replaced the entire toilet. Instead, it costed me ~$150.Extremely disappointed and would never recommend turbo to anyone.

This was the most horrible electrician I've ever called. Mr. Sparky has been bought out and new owner. The electrician they sent out was fiddling with my electrical outlets and now been burdened with an enormous repair with another company. He did NOT know what he was doing. He was all over the map on his quote and kept back peddling when asked with a question. The quotes came back all over the map and was $$$ exhorbitant for what was needed. Not only have I now been saddled with enormous damage from the electrician at my home but I called the owner back, asked for the owner. He never called me back, sent his wife to call me. She laughed at me on the phone, refused to return my $89 service call and said they pride themselves on making money 100-200/week calls of $89. They are looking at volume and not integrity. The old Mr. Sparky reputation is gone. Mr. Sparky is no longer the owner. I would never recommend this company. Horrible! Customer beware!

I called All Services for dry wall repair, they sent someone within 24 hours. The handyman showed up at the time they promised. He did a great job!!!! I highly recommend using this company.

I can't say enough good things about these guys!. I had 3 different electric companies come to my house to give me a price estimate for the light fixtures I needed to install. The first was one of the big companies and they basically told me that I had to break the bank and get new everything, that my house was on the verge of getting set on fire by Lightning and surges. I'm a new home owner and don't know much about these things so after that scare (and the super high price) I decided to do my research and look into some good family run smaller businesses that may be a little more honest with me regarding the work that needed to be done and the installation of my lights. Someone more consumer oriented. I found two really good companies, one of them was Matthew Arnold, the owner of the local electrician who personally greeted me and was really honest and friendly. He made me feel much more at ease and told me that I was not in danger but only needed a few things updated to be safe at home. He also gave me a good price for the installation of the fixtures and answered all my questions and concerns. He and his college Lee were here yesterday and they were very good! Efficient and friendly!. I'm very happy about my choice and I'm sure that if anything should go wrong I'll have an honest and hard working professional to turn to!. Thank you Matthew!

Just needed my winter tune-up and assessment. Laz was great; he let me know the correct filters needed and outlined the cleaning plan. Nice, helpful, and I'm really grateful he could come out before Thanksgiving so we can use the heat.

I have used Mr. Sparky several times. They are always very professional and knowledgeable and always arrive within the specified timeframe. We have had them to our home in the past for significant repair work to replace shoddy wiring and breakers (original to our home or caused by other companies) as well as to diagnose a series of other problems. Today, William was out to take care of a list of problems that I was sure would take him hours. He found a hidden GFI that was tripped and helped us out with a tricky fixture. He was gone in 30 minutes! These guys know what they're doing!! I won't have another company in my home again.
