By far my best experience with an electric service in the area! They were easy to schedule a same day appointment then upon arrival quick to diagnose the problem. Had the pleasure of meeting several employees and Paul too, all of whom were very professional and courteous. Will definitely refer them to my friends and family and saved their number immediately. Tell them Jamie said HI when you call them.

We needed an estimate for fixing our outdoor lightening. We were told the window was between 4:00 PM and 7:00PM. We received an email confirming the time. At 7:00 PM, we received a call and were told they had to reschedule because they were running incredibly behind. We were furious! We understand that some jobs can take a long time but you could have called us before the window closed and rescheduled. Very unprofessional! We went with a different company.

Attention to Details, On time, professional this is the second time I have used this company and have been so impressed with their professionalism, and respect for my home. Electrician wore 'booties' over his work boots, and gave me many options (different price ranges) for jobs I need for our home---many security related. And....they did not charge me for the visit. We used Right Touch a year ago to update our electrical service and we were impressed with their workmanship. . This time I had a problem with a light switch/dimmer. Spoke to Carly who saidshe would send Chris the next day to check it out . The work was more extensive than I originally thought it would be but Chris fixed the problem that day. I definitely recommend this company!

Did a quick google search and Nextdoor electric popped up. Wish these guys were at the very top of my search, it would have saved me time calling a few other places! I described my issues over the phone/text and Sal was able to quickly diagnose it and also came by to take a look within a day. He didn’t even charge me for taking a look! Great service and great user experience and fixed multiple issues within 15 mins. Highly recommend!

I was referred fo them by family ! He had a great experience with a single electrician who came and got the job done ! I got sent a team of 3, the lead lied about how the outlet needs to go over the roof and gave an unrealistic fake situation to over charge us. Tried reaching out to the owner and help desk to hear various excuses ! Charging 1700$ for installing a Tesla wall plug which costs $400 is outrageous! They ended connecting using a 8ft cord but quoted us a 50 ft quote ! Will try this method and will be reaching out to Texas licensing authority in Austin !

They seem to be focused on getting paid to come visit you and diagnose the problem vs actually solving the problem.
