Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Very happy with Stan's friendly and professional attitude when giving our estimate and explaining the process. Joseph our installer was the same -- on time, diligent, a perfectionist and a really nice person. The walk in tub/ shower install looks amazing. So glad to have the old skanky 1970's glass doors tub out. We are aware the finish needs some care -- i.e. do not leave wet objects on the surface, shower seats should be removed between showers. We have a 5-year warranty and will ask for a redo on the finish if we see flaking before then. Again, very happy with the people and product from Miracle Method of Tempe. Highly recommend.

Great work converting our bathroom tub to walk in shower! Enrique was the leader onsite and did most of the work. ... can't give high enough praise. Attention to detail was awesome. Work was done in a timely fashion. You have got to use XLT construction!

I worked with Bri who did an excellent job designing my mid-century modern home. She made the process easy for me by not only designing but by coordinating the art, installation, trades, and work to pull off the design. Definitely 5 star work and service.

10/10 would recommend Quentin - we are SO happy that we chose him to do our home remodel. We felt confident with our choice not only based on other reviews, but we knew right from meeting him we could trust him with the entire process! We we’re on a tight timeline and he assured us it could be done and did not disappoint!! From design ideas, to making sure it could be done within our budget, we are beyond impressed with how everything turned out. He and his team are so professional, easy to communicate with, QUICK workers who will get the job done correctly without cutting corners and they are SO clean as they work as well, which was such an added unexpected bonus! My house sustained damage from the storms that popped thru Az in March of this year.i went thru my insurance company and called a couple of referrals that they had sent me..none of them worked.i was talking to a buddy at work and he saidyou need to call Ken Hawk.he explained why,so I made the call.it was the easiest call to make..his entire staff was amazing.he put my mind at ease when it came to all the repairs(which included having an entire tile roof redone.the prices were great ! If I could give 10 stars,I would ! Thank you a again for the amazing service!

You don't EVER want to do business with these people. From integrity and honesty in the contracting and change order process (FAIL); to the scheduling and actually producing people to do work on schedule (Massive FAIL); to actually producing the schedule that they promise in their advertising but never produced until I complained about it, and then never came close to meeting (FAIL); to simple competence in translating their promises into drawings and contract language (FAIL), to the ability to perform the work with anything that looked like pride of workmanship, attention to detail, or even minimal competence (Massive FAIL as evidenced by the plumber who installed shower heads at a height lower than my head, and a bathtub that is leaking on and probably *under* our floor right now); to the price gouging for change orders to do what they promised to do in the first place (we said we would remove that soffit, but if you want that to look like it was done right and not leave a big scar across your ceiling, that will be a change order and more money -- another FAIL); to the screwed up master bathroom that left me paying for an entire slab of very expensive Azul Bahia granite from which we got a single lavatory countertop, and cabinets with a Frankenstein patch (big FAIL); to the claim that we would save money by purchasing through RWR at contractor's prices (another FAIL -- it took me one email to Spencer's Appliances to get the kitchen appliances for less money than RWR offered, and a couple of emails to Papagno's to discover that we were being gouged on the granite countertops); to the lack of respect for my property (including drywall mud inside a brand new thermostat for a brand-new $20,000 air conditioning system, damage to a glass pest border even after I warned them of the risk and offered to have it removed and replaced after their work was done -- no need for that, they said, and then ruined it with sloppy stucco work on the side of the house and breaking the glass under the front door); the list goes on and on. The substandard work was only corrected if and when I caught it and complained about it -- for just one example, they installed a medicine cabinet and broke the glass during the install. They turned the house over to me with the medicine cabinet broken, and didn't say a word about it. That's the way they operated and dealt with me from start to finish. When we have recovered from this experience, I'm going to have to hire another company to come back and fix the master bathroom so that we get plumbing that doesn't leak, and a room that actually looks like what we wanted. We didn't get that from these people. You don't EVER want to do business with Republic West Remodeling.

Our bathroom was stuck in the 80's and now it's not! Thanks to Qualtire we are so happy and couldn't be happier! They came in and got rid of everything and put in a beautiful walk in shower, a water closet, new cabinets, new flooring, new everything and it's so beautiful and such high quality. From the office to the laborers to the owner, all are so wonderful and professional. We would highly recommend them AND they're a locally owned business! Thanks Qualtire!

I have used Granite Transformation North/West two prior times before. The first was to do new granite counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinet doors and reface the cabinets. My wife and I were so pleased we had them come back and convert a bathtub to shower and bathtub...The people were great the first two times from office staff to the installers. I even got a chance to talk to the owner and his wife a couple of times and both took a real interest in their customers. Due to the other times being great we decided to finish it out and do are second and last bathroom. When I made contact to verify the estimate from six months prior I found out the company had been sold. It was purchased by a big company out of New Mexico. The feeling of we care about our customers appeared to disappear. This was the first thing I noticed. Also the cost had almost double in price which showed me there was no loyalty to a returning customer. I decided to still go with them so that the materials would match what we had previously done. The second biggest reason was the two installers Wes & Eddie that did the install on the first bathroom. They were always on time and and knew what they were doing. They were extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would give them (5) Star reviews on their work.....It's to bad the company changed owners......

We originally saw Ernesto's work on three different home tours. Each home was unique, totally different & done in good taste. We knew that he listened to his clients & incorporated their wants with his ideas. Ernesto has worked on various remodel projects and interiors for our home. When you have his talent, knowledge and confidence you can afford to be bold, daring and innovative. He just has the ability to create spaces that are always elegant but never boring. We have enjoyed working with him through the years and would recommend him to anyone who’s looking for quality design.
