Neoteric Builders is the only company that has performed exactly as they said they would, given us a quality of product beyond our extremely particular expectations, surprised us by addressing any issue before we had a chance to ask and will actually make us miss them now that we've wrapped things up. Sales person said no mess, I had 5 hours of cleaning, I couldn't stop sneezing and I have asthma, what a mess. Installer couldn't get seam right so he left with a pole from counter to ceiling to hold said glue wasn't holding. Seam is not even, jagged, and now after 1 month there is a crack coming from uneven seam. Customer service sent someone out who told us they have to remake and reinstall a new counter. He was here 3 weeks ago and when we call we can't get a returned call. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

We had Spicegirl Remodeling renovate our kitchen this summer. New floor, countertops, tiling, lots of painting. We are extremely pleased with how the kitchen came out. Ericka was awesome and did what was necessary to ensure a great outcome. As with just about any project of this nature there will be bumps along the way but it is how those bumps are dealt with that matters. Ericka was flawless in handling those bumps and we can't thank her enough. After several months everything is holding up beautifully. Her crew was also very professional and we enjoyed having them work in our home. I highly recommend them!
