Best Spa Bathroom in Phoenix AZ

PHR was truly incredible to work with from start to finish. We couldn't be happier with our final product - 3 beautiful new bathrooms - but, also with the entire process and team. They were efficient, fair, trustworthy, communicative and SO easy to work with. We felt confident leaving them to finish the job without us onsite and knew what was happening with the project every step of the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to remodel in the Phoenix area!

Thanks to Homework Remodels for a great job helping me restore my 1920s home. After the restoration was complete on the original house, they built my addition which included a master suite, a laundry room and a breakfast nook. They are very knowledgeable about historic restoration and they knew how to work with the historic society and the city to get the proper approvals and permits needed to meet the historic preservation requirements. They were a pleasure to work with and the new addition looks like it was part of the original house.

I’m a tenant but my landlord was kind enough to have a new walk-in shower, ADA compatible, installed into my patio home. We worked through Tim Miksovsky and he showed us all the options available. Due to my health problems, he pushed to have the shower installed as quickly as possible instead of having to wait the 6-8 weeks. This was greatly appreciated as showering in that current tub was becoming dangerous for me. We still had to wait on the City of Gilbert for the permit but as soon as it was obtained, the shower was installed the next week.
The install team arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. The shower was installed in one day as I had been told. Tarps were laid down over my home during the install to minimize clean- up afterwards. But the team cleaned the bathroom afterwards and the floor also. Also another team came later to clean up my garage- the walls were cut in my garage and that team cleaned the sawdust off the floor and some furniture pieces.
The shower turned out super and just as Tim had pictured for us. I have 2 grab bars just where I wanted; an overhead shower head and another shower head type wand than can be removed and has long flexible hosing. I use it and sit on the nice, wide, comfortable seat to shower my lower body. The material is acrylic so detailed instructions were left for cleaning the shower.
Besides Tim, I also met the store manager, Zach, and he made sure the clean- up was done properly and the final inspection was scheduled. Others from their office called during the process and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional.
But most of all, I’m very pleased with the new ADA shower. It is making a big difference in my life

Stopped in to see about a bathroom remodel. First off the photos here on Google are very misleading this place is tiny with a small selection of tile and cabinets, no tubs or shower to look at. When we walked in the gentleman working was with some customers and came up to us and with not even a greeting I'm with customers zero customer service skills.

Derek and his crew did two jobs for me. One was a bathroom remodel and the second job was to install grab bars for my elderly mom. It both cases he and his crew were prompt, polite and when the job was done they cleaned up their mess. The quality of work was excellent. I would use Aqua Therapy Tubs again.

Workers always showed on time and were very professional. Very satisfied with all the work performed.

We had an unfortunate situation earlier this year - a slab leak under our kitchen sink - which forced us into doing a kitchen remodel as we lost half of our kitchen during the process of fixing the leak. We received a referral from someone else to contact Bret from Rise Above. When calling Bret, he said he would call me back as he was at another job, and returned my call within just minutes. He was super friendly and responsive. He came to our home to give an estimate in just a few days after my initial phone call. Bret was pleasant, informative and made us feel comfortable choosing his company to do the work. We had a complete kitchen makeover, including removal of a wall and raising the kitchen ceiling. We also had tile put throughout our whole house, aside from the bedrooms. Rise Above also remodeled both of our bathrooms. This was something we've never endured before - a complete overhaul of most of our home. We were nervous to spend the money and have our house completely torn up. We were completely satisfied with the work done to our home. I am a bit of a perfectionist and I felt they had the same care to detail that my husband and I have. They were friendly, responsive and never once made us feel pressured. I would highly recommend Bret, Skyler, Randy and Louis to do any work for you.

I love my new windows, the installers are very professional and courteous, very cautious to clean up after themselves it was an all-around great experience.

Attention: I vented too soon. I finally got up the nerve to call Legacy and they were nice enough to grant me an appointment. Our misunderstanding was cleared up and a trust was formed and now Legacy is remodeling my bathroom. It has been nothing but a positive and professional experience working with them. And a very important thing, is that they are Licensed and they also have that Great Reputation that comes with them! And they make sure to live up to it! Have you ever heard of a bathroom remodel taking 5 days from start to finish? These guys were miraculous! I needed a new walk in shower with no edge for my handicapped client who was released unexpectedly from the hospital, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure this happened. Luis and his team do incredible work. They amazed me by leaving the bathroom completely clean everyday when they left. Dust was kept to a minimum, the floor was swept and they even washed the mirrors! That is the kind of detail you can look forward to at Planet Remodel. Communication could use a bit of improvement but the value and quality of work were outstanding.

They are punctual, professional, pleasant, and affordable, and they complete the job quickly. You just can't go wrong with these guys. We are currently having them propose plans for our old master bath setup. I am giddy with anticipation. I know it is going to be a fabulous transformation!
