Steve came to my house. Nice guy. I told him the work I wanted done. Reface fireplace, tear down a wall, new flooring and baseboards. My estimates were coming in from $25 to $35k. Steve didn't blink an eye, said his bid would be double. There will be a cold day in you know where that I pay up to $70k for this job on a 1650 square foot house!!! I don't like rip off artists!

I’m a tenant but my landlord was kind enough to have a new walk-in shower, ADA compatible, installed into my patio home. We worked through Tim Miksovsky and he showed us all the options available. Due to my health problems, he pushed to have the shower installed as quickly as possible instead of having to wait the 6-8 weeks. This was greatly appreciated as showering in that current tub was becoming dangerous for me. We still had to wait on the City of Gilbert for the permit but as soon as it was obtained, the shower was installed the next week.
The install team arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. The shower was installed in one day as I had been told. Tarps were laid down over my home during the install to minimize clean- up afterwards. But the team cleaned the bathroom afterwards and the floor also. Also another team came later to clean up my garage- the walls were cut in my garage and that team cleaned the sawdust off the floor and some furniture pieces.
The shower turned out super and just as Tim had pictured for us. I have 2 grab bars just where I wanted; an overhead shower head and another shower head type wand than can be removed and has long flexible hosing. I use it and sit on the nice, wide, comfortable seat to shower my lower body. The material is acrylic so detailed instructions were left for cleaning the shower.
Besides Tim, I also met the store manager, Zach, and he made sure the clean- up was done properly and the final inspection was scheduled. Others from their office called during the process and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional.
But most of all, I’m very pleased with the new ADA shower. It is making a big difference in my life

I have worked with Atelier 507 on several projects. I have had nothing but positive experience with them. The team has worked very fast and completed everything within a very short time frame which was very vital for me. They were there every step of the way always answering any questions I had. OMG!!! We are in heaven!!! We remodeled our upstairs master bathroom to accommodate my pending hip re-replacement which would require a 3 month recovery. I needed a handicap accessible bathroom! Derek suggested an Aqua Therapy Tub with jets, light therapy, and macro bubbler to exfoliate the skin and leave it baby soft. It’s AMAZING!!! I highly recommend the tub! Derek also extended the shower to accommodate a wheelchair and added a handheld shower head along with a rain shower head. The shower experience is just as amazing as the tub...well, almost! Derek’s work is phenomenal! He is very knowledgeable, detailed and meticulous with his work. And he is very accommodating and easy to work with. Home Concepts team was extremely nice and professional. We enjoyed having him explain the process and give us a quote for remodeling our master shower.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.

I left a message regarding an inquiry to build out an ADU in my back yard with a receptionist. Even though Scott's company is limited to the East Valley, he gave me a call back explaining that he could not work in Glendale because it would be cost prohibitive to do so. Regardless of a logistics problem he called me back to inform me of this and answered a ton of questions regarding my endeavor, even though he knew he could not receive my business. There are not that many people these days that would spend time and call you back, this shows his integrity in business. Again, thanks for answering my basic questions and the referral Scott.

Gary Jones and Geoff Sanders, along w their supervisors Chris Gordon, and Frank Mancino did a wonderful job installing two showers for me. I love how beautiful they look. The young men were respectful, punctual and professional during the entire process. I recommend them to anyone.

I decided to do a major remodel of my home. It was overwhelming until I got much needed help from The Remodel Store and More. It was truly More as I not only was provided with the materials I needed but also with recommendations as far as flooring, cabinets, and color schemes.

I was disappointed in working with Republic West Remodel. The designer did not pay attention to what I was saying and seemed more focused on selling cabinets. This was for a kitchen and two bath remodel. The designer was distracted and forgot details I had mentioned so I walked away and forfeited the deposit. I know things are busy now, so maybe she had other priorities, but did not feel I could trust working with the company.

Matador Construction was responsive, professional and great to work with. They demo the restroom and clean up after themselves. The completed our project to a outstanding finish and craft. They are truly artistic and have the eye for excellence.

High character guys: courteous, respectful and extra careful not to get the rest of my home dirty during the construction.

My wife and I are extremely happy with how everything turned out! We had a entire bathroom remodeled, part of our kitchen updated, and had tile installed in majority of our home. I can’t say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling, they communicated well, met all deadlines, and worked around our schedule.

We just completed our whole house remodeling done by Elodia, and her Son Ivan. We cant say enough on how efficient they were the whole crew that was involved were very perfectional! We ran into a few snags but they were quick to make everything right!
