Best Spa Design in Phoenix AZ

I had the wonderful experience of doing a 3 bathroom remodel, and many other add ons, with Phoenix Home Remodel in the fall of 2019. The entire team was extremely professional, easy to communicate with, reasonably priced and fabulous to work with. From the initial meeting with Jeremy to the final walk through, they made the entire process easy and manageable. Loved the app to track the whole process, loved when Mark was able to explain my vision to plumbers, glass, tile and the many other trades that we were working with. If you are ready to remodel, give them a call.

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

Extremely dangerous and unprofessional driving by the company truck, including tailgating and flipping the middle finger at my van full of children. Yikes.

Todd Whittaker and his team of people over at TWD are simply amazing. They scheduled our project in a decent amount of time, even with short notice. Showed up in a timely fashion, got the job done ahead of schedule and everyone that was involved in the process was nice and friendly. We will definitely use them again for other home improvement projects.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

The staff if very helpful with making decisions especially since I am on a budget!! They don't seem to be greedy and mark up prices since they are the best I found so far, price match from anywhere which is also a plus. I Definetly recommend

This company installed uneven and subpar flooring.we have been trying to get it fixed for 9 months and the company will not respond or fix the issue. Do not use this company for anything

My experience with them was great, right from that first call. They walked me through everything. When the design consultant came to my home, he was very polite and made the process super easy from selection and to answering all my questions and easing my concerns. I had estimates from other companies, and by far his product was better, and so was the price . I am so glad we found Home Concepts before we signed with another company.

When they came to install the shower, they were on time, they went over one more time what they were going to do asked if i had and questions. When they were working in bathroom they were clean and very professional. They didn't leave a mess at all. I was very impressed.

Our home remodel turned out Amazing! Robert & Ana make a great team. Everything from the design through the completed remodel went great. Rob has the best work ethic and really stays on top of everything. If we ever have another project they will be the first one that we contact. We highly recommend this company!

Trevor has extensive knowledge about all phases of construction and has a great eye for layout and design. Our project required gutting the existing space, including jackhammering the shower floor pan, as well as expanding the footprint of our master bathroom. In addition to handling all phases of the construction, Trevor also guided us through selection of cabinets, plumbing fixtures, tile flooring and a barnwood accent wall. He pointed us to suppliers throughout the Valley, all he has done business with before. The tile work in the shower and floors is meticulous, and beautiful! Our accent wall gives a warmth that we love and he even installed Bluetooth speakers in our shower celing.
Trevor is talented and professional. He’s very easy to work with and will help you achieve your remodeling dreams as he did with us.

Republic West Remodeling replaced our sliding doors on the back of our house. They are now energy efficient and gorgeous. The team from Republic West was great. Very communicative, clean and easy to work with. We felt we got a great deal. Highly recommend them for home remodeling.

Their team is outstanding: professional and responsive. Their designer provided great guidance and was wonderful to work with. Project manager, Ben, kept all running smoothly and handled any and all of my questions. I now have a kitchen I can really enjoy. I highly recommend them!
