We highly recommend Homework Remodels! Steve and Sheila spent time providing us with quality blueprints and excellent home décor/interior design selections for our new 400 square foot casita. We live in a historic neighborhood and they have proven experience obtaining the required city permits and approval from the Phoenix Historical Preservation Society. They removed our dilapidated garage and replaced it with an amazingly beautiful and quality-built casita! We would like Ross, our Homework Remodels’ project manager, to oversee all of our projects! He kept the project moving smoothly and made sure the work was completed to high, quality standards. After examining the completed casita, contractors we know gave the work their high praise!

Phoenix Home Remodeling did all of the heavy lifting on a fix and flip project for me! It's was only my second project and these guys made it a nice and easy experience. In the fix and flip world, or life in general, you hear horror stories about how contractors have been a nightmare....NOT THESE GUYS!!! Super friendly, prompt, kept a clean and neat worksite. I'd use them again and def recommend to anyone that asks. I'll def be calling them for the next one......hopefully they'll still have time for us little guys!

they did a stucco repair on a 3x3 hole in my wall from a cracked water drain line. Match it perfectly. Can't even tell the hole was there.

This company was amazing from start to finish! They were quick to reply with all communication, ahead of schedule for the work, easy to have in my home, kept their work areas clean, and their design translated into a gorgeous kitchen we love!!! Best experience!

Bootleggers! What a wonderfully fun and fantastic meal! Loved every morsel of the appetizers and our dinner! The wait staff is friendly and attentive. While we were there, several families with children were there enjoying dinner and there were some people at the bar side. Highly recommend going here if you are in the area!

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. If you want your bathrooms done right, and your sanity intact- go with Legacy.

Our experience with Republic West was terrific from the moment we called them. They are very professional, courteous and budget conscious. Arthur's designs exceeded our expectation, Kathy was invaluable in helping us pick our tile and fixtures and the teams that worked in our house were wonderful. We could not recommend them enough. I would give 0 if I could. I sincerely wish that we had the positive experiences that other reviewers seem to have had... it is hard to believe they dealt with the same company. I would not recommend Atelier 507 to anyone, for any reason. I am writing this review because I've noticed an increase in Atelier507's advertising, and I think anyone considering this business should be aware of my family's experience.

We signed a six-figure contract with Bobby in December of 2020 for our home remodel. We ultimately paid that entire contract amount, plus about 60% more.

To this day, the work is not complete. Bobby abandoned the project before we were able to pass the City of Phoenix's inspection process. So, we have not been able to close out the permits with the City of Phoenix.

We were initially told that our home would be finished in March of 2021. It still isn't, 18 months latter. Bobby did find another company to complete the work when we informed him of our intent to file a complaint with ROC after he abandoned the project, so I am hopeful that we will be finished with this chapter in our lives soon. It has caused a lot of stress for our family.

The work that was completed required (and still requires) significant repair and touch up work. The work was rushed and not carefully completed. It seemed that Bobby wanted to complete the job as quickly and inexpensively (for him) as possible.

Some examples: The grout and drywall in and around our primary bath shower is severely cracking. The shower tiles themselves have begun to crack. The drywall around the title is cracking. The shluter around the shower niche is sharp and sticks out from the wall. Our child's bathroom tile has similar issues. The shluter around her tub is sharp and sticks out to the point that she recently cut herself while getting into the shower.

He purchased (basic, undoubtedly inexpensive, white) paint for the interior of the home without consulting us about paint color. We were told that was the color our walls would be painted, because the paint had already been purchased. The paint was thinly and sloppily applied.

The kitchen layout was not well planned. We are unable to open one of our refrigerator doors. We purchased our appliances prior to the remodel; still the kitchen design was not compatible with what we'd purchased. The kitchen backsplash was installed quickly and carelessly: the grout is cracking, and the square tiles are noticeably off center above the stove. The under cabinet lighting was screwed into our cabinets so that the sharp end of the screws were poking through the bottom of the cabinets.

Our plans included a pantry/mudroom, which had to be scrapped due to poor planning.

When we finally had no choice but to move in to our home in October 2021 (despite the fact that it was unfinished), we spent my. first few days there cleaning urine, grime, and pubic hair off of our new toilets. We still find cigarette butts in our yard. A custom-built entertainment center was damaged. A box full of our clothing was used as a trashcan (and cigarette receptacle). There is paint splattered on our flagstone patio and pool deck. Our kitchen cabinets were full of trash. The crew left behind their garbage and extra supplies for us to clean up.

We have paid Bobby every cent we owed. And when we were asked to make progress payments early to accommodate Bobby's vacations, we did. Still, when we expressed concerns, we were reminded of the fact that Bobby was trying to run a business, that it wasn't worth it to him to have anyone come to our home to address issues, and that there was a million dollar project that was Bobby's priority. At the beginning, Bobby was professional and accommodating... that did not last.

I hesitated to post a review prior to our home passing a City inspection because I just want the project finished so that our family can move on. It's been a year since we moved into a construction zone, and this process has been a nightmare. I hope that sharing our experience helps others to make an informed choice.

I also appreciated the casual and easy-going approach throughout the process, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable for me. Thank you for all of your hard work and for making this project such a success. I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family in need of painting services.

From the initial estimate to the final touch these folks were professional and a delight to work with. The project manager, Kevin, kept us fully aware of exactly when his guys would show up and what was scheduled to be done. Everyone was prompt, pleasant and highly skilled. Couldn't be happier with our new bathroom.

To be fair, the team at Design Lab did get our vision for the kitchen and bath remodel we planned, and their designs did, eventually, work out. HOWEVER, we’d suggest, should you opt for their services, to be very clear about what services they plan to provide and to be certain that they are doing what they promised correctly. In our experience:

1. Design Lab represented themselves as the lead team for our remodel. Without telling us, after we hired the contractor they introduced us to, they signed a contract with the contractor and Design Lab became a subcontractor. This created confusion for all parties throughout the project.
2. We kept the same footprint in the kitchen. Despite this, Design Lab did not measure the existing cabinets correctly. The cabinets they ordered for one wall would not have fit. Fortunately, the contractor identified that issue, but it led to a 2-week delay.
3. There was a gap from design to construction, which was our choice. By the time the project started, the kitchen cabinets we had selected were no longer available. Rather than telling us, Design Lab simply ordered different cabinets they thought we’d like. We didn’t like their choice. This led to a 4+-month delay, during which we had no kitchen.
4. Design Lab often did not order sufficient quantities of materials (like tile, cabinet filler, crown molding, kitchen cabinet knobs). In the deal they made with the contractor, Design Lab apparently maintained control over ordering materials and supplies. This added time and frustration, because projects could not be completed in one visit from the trades brought in by the contractor. All these issues led to completely using the contingency piece of the project budget, even though there was only 1 change order ever made.
5. Design Lab incorrectly ordered the backsplash tile, when they made up for the shortage of the first order. We had 2 different style tiles waiting to be installed, but fortunately this was spotted by the contractor before the tile was to be installed. Design Lab also ordered kitchen knobs that were different from what was in the specs.

All of this made a project the contractor estimated would take 6 weeks ultimately take 8 months!

Very disappointed with Jeff. Very poor representation of the company.Wife and I have been excited about redoing our kitchen for awhile. We reached out to this company and saw what great work they did. Unfortunately I really didn’t know what to think about Jeff and his first impression. We originally had an appointment for 9am on a Wednesday morning but had to reschedule and move back to later that afternoon. I was okay with that since appointments do tend to go over at times. Our appointment lasted 30 minutes. That drew the first red flag. Jeff showed up with shorts, a t-shirt and a baseball cap. I thought it was casual Friday, but realized it was only Wednesday. Jeff wasn’t in tune with anything I was saying. He wrote a makeshift proposal and completely forgot about our kitchen island within that 30 minute timeframe. It looked like he was in a rush. The proposal didn’t get finished and promised to have it emailed by end of day, which that didn’t happen. He claimed he was new, had 6 months with the company, was someone’s assistant and didn’t want to loose his job if he forgot something. Measured only the kitchen sink. I thought he knew his stuff and was good at eyeballing things. Our kitchen is small mind you, but I strong believe in first impressions regardless how small or big anything is. Wife and I may have to wait a little longer to get our kitchen done. I totally understand nothings free, not even water, but the number he gave us didnt including the countertops and the island. I know I’ll be going over budget. I may have to do this myself.

So unfortunate you would reply the same way to me as you did to Kristina Ferreira. Unfortunate people won’t take ownership of their issues. I’ll give you another review. I did call the 800 number. Jeff or whoever this individual working for whatever franchise of kitchen tuneup he works for is reached out and apologized. Promised to have the proposal by 2pm. DIDNT deliver. Texted him back requesting that he does not contact me again. Then people complain about jobs going to other people and or countries. If Jeff doesn’t work for you then I’ll find a way to post his picture captured from my doorbell camera on this review to help other potential clients to avoid this impostor.

They did expert work, very detailed and cleaned up daily and was so nice and pleasant to work with. I am so impressed with their enthusiasm and professionalism.

Before deadline. Under budget. No shortcuts

We hired 123 Remodeling to renovate our kitchen and are so glad we did. Their designer came out for our first meeting and took measurements and explained the entire process to us. She has a great eye for detail and is very knowledgeable when it comes to knowing exactly what colors, finishes and fixtures will look best. Contractors showed up on time every day and their work quality was high-end. We love our new kitchen, thanks 123!
