I recently had my home painted by another company and they did a terrible job. They didn't tape off windows and cabinets and got paint everywhere.Their color tie ins were a mess and the overall job just looked horrible. TWD came in and spent two full days detailing the entire house and did a fantastic job. I will be using TWD for everything from this point forward. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

I tried getting an estimate from these guys to remodel our bathrooms, I stated I was getting other estimates and the guy asked how many I was getting, once I stated the number of estimates, he said they wouldn't do business with me . In short, the guy was pretty rude and unprofessional.

XLT Construction is a great local company to get your Bathroom or Kitchen remodeled with. They have access to several granite and tile options for every budget and they were much less than the other quotes I received. The quality of their work is excellent.

I am extremely pleased with the services the Handyman Connection provided. Lew did some electrical work, added a locking latch to my attic scuttle hole, and did some minor roof work. He used creative problem solving techniques to get the job done and in a timely manner. What really comforted me was he has a tremendous amount of experience in the home building field, due to his own contractor business that he works during the regular year. He was professional and friendly and I definitely will call Handyman Connection again and highly recommend Lew.

Scott knew where we were located and we spent a lot of time with him outlining the various projects that were desired. The total project cost would be well into 400k. He promised a timely review and estimate. We asked several times for an update. Finally his only response was via a text saying the project was not a good fit for them. I even left a VM asking for courtesy call to explain and never called back.

DRC construction has been phenomenal. All of the workers have been professional, kind, and taken the extra steps in ensuring that our home was not too chaotic. Such gestures as sweeping the construction site and having a manager overseeing projects on a daily basis. At times we faced some weather issues that caused delays, but the team was always ready to keep working and they found strategic ways to get passed the issues that arose as is common when renovating a home. Dale has been thorough, direct, honest, professional, kind, and just went above and beyond. Everyone including his assistant Wayne are amazing to work with and really put us at ease. Dale has definitely reflected a culture of integrity in his company. As for the final project, we are in love. It is exactly what we wanted and more. We couldn't have asked for a better company to work with on this project. Our family would recommend him and his company to anyone and we look forward to working with again on other projects.
