Great guys doing awesome work !

I highly recommend this company and their services. We hired them for a front and back yard full clean up and the removal of a dead pine tree. Ivan and his crew were thorough, efficient and courteous while completing the job. The yard was the best I've ever seen it after the completion of the clean up. I would gladly hire them again.

There were a couple mishaps but they did fix them all. I love how my back yard looks now.

Everyone I spoke with in the office was fantastic. However the work that the crew did was haphazard, rushed and incomplete, despite my instruction to take as much time as needed. Additionally, the crew left without saying anything. So I didn't even have an opportunity to ask them to fix it. Pretty disappointing.

Your staff did offer to have the crew return, which I appreciate. However that was a week and a half after I hosted an event in my home, for which I wanted my yard cleaned up to begin with.

We've used these guys several times over the past couple years and have been mostly happy with their work. This past Thursday was another story entirely. The crew stole items I had placed outside for cleaning, heck, they WATCHED me clean these and still chose to take them. When I noticed them missing, I immediately called Sergio and asked if they'd taken them. He said yes, he could see them and they'd be returned to us the next morning. My husband called him Friday morning to find out when they'd be by (they took my birds travel cages. We move TODAY - Saturday!) as their decision severely impacted our plans and ability to properly transport our birds. After several un-returned messages, I finally informed Sergio's message service that I was stopping payment on the check I'd given them and filing a police report for theft. Sergio called me fairly quickly after that and said that they'd never had the cages, argued with me that there was nothing he could (more like would) do. He had nothing to say for himself when I reminded him he'd told me he could see the cages. When I told him of the stopped payment and my intent to call the police, he merely replied ok which seemed very weird to me.

As a result of this theft, we are seriously behind in our moving preparations and have endured stress that could have been avoided by his crew doing the right thing (they could have asked if I was getting rid of them to start, for instance... I could have told them no!) and returning our property.

Use extreme caution if you opt to use them. Inspect your property and perhaps their trailer prior to paying them. It was funny, I had a nice tip waiting for each of the crew members as this was to be our last visit from them. I've always overlooked their issues with timeliness as they did a decent job and felt an extra thank you was necessary. At the very last minute I felt uneasy and didn't give them the cash I'd planned to. Thankful that uneasy feeling hit me, as that cash goes to start replacing what they've stolen.

EDITED 7/27: Amazingly, three hours after I posted this review... I walk out into my garage to see Sergio. Standing next to my birds carriers that magically appeared. The ones his guys couldn't have possibly taken! Due to his BS, our move was delayed. This cost us additional money in trailer rentals, pet sitting, etc. His nonsense also required us to make an extra FIFTEEN HOUR DRIVE EACH WAY and more stress than I can tell you. This theft caused a snowball effect of our entire move. All because he/his employees cannot tell the truth or do the right thing until a horrible Google review is made.

Avoid at all costs. Or lock up all of your stuff so his employees don't have the ability to steal your belongings! I've warned everyone in my neighborhood (as well as all surrounding neighborhoods) of this theft and the inability to believe a word Sergio says via Nextdoor. Spare yourself and find another landscape company!

I hired Pristine Green to replace my 20 year old two zone system. They did an excellent job. Very professional, prompt, knowledgable, honest and they guarantee their work. Only one minor leak developed after a couple of weeks and they did the repair without any hassle. This is the company to go to for irrigation work!

Provided free estimates, answered all my questions even through text, they were on time and ready to work without any hiccups, respectful to my neighbors and most of all communicated step by step what he’ll be doing so I stayed informed along the way.

You guys don’t pay attention. That common area in our neighborhood is always flooded with water. It hasn’t rained in at least 10 days. The families in this community can’t use the common areas because of to much water. Get it together!!! 17st and grovers.

Bad business to say the least, undermined , underpaid employees as well as overworked ,,Do u think those kind of workers are going to do the best job? and can u trust those kind of workers to roam freely around ur property? .I don't think that u should make them ur first choice without further insight into other reputable landscaping operations , thxs for reading ,,,

Follow up 1/2021 Botanist of the Valley did a project for us early in 2020. Part of the project was to improve the appearance and seal our existing pavers. Somewhere over the summer, the finish became cloudy. I asked them to return and make the situation right. After an evaluation, they returned, pressure washed the pavers, added new sand and resealed them. Afterwards they guided me to a source and I was able to apply another coating of the same product they used to add to the good work they had done.

2/2020 This is a landscaping and design shop that provides reliable and good customer service. They have a great client oriented culture and attentive staff. This is a landscaper you can rely on to respond to your questions and changes. Their quality of workmanship is a professional grade. I picked these guys from other Yelp reviews and very satisfied with my choice. I have had other landscapers who did not return my inquiries or to my needs with much attention. I recommend this company. I am a service contractor in another industry and know what it takes to make a client happy. These guys are good!

Absolute most incompetent landscape company I've ever had the displeasure of unfortunately dealing with. What this company needs is someone who can train in the art of power sweeping with backpack blowers. Every Tuesday like clockwork, I as a residential owner of a condominium property go from a nice clean patio and instantly when the guy(s) with the blowers pass by... BOOM! Dirt, debris, trash, rocks, gravel, leaves you name it everywhere! Time after time I have even caught the men and had them to clean off what mess they have created on my patio, and asked they not blow everything under the gates of our units...In one ear and out the other. Asides from leaving personal space a mess? Vehicles in the lot are finely coated with a thick layer of dirt looking like the worst of haboobs has hit... Unacceptable! Leave landscaping to the professionals and NOT these guys!

I just to work there, co-workers are very friendly and administration made parties for workers to let them know that they appreciate their hard work!

The supervisor frank is using the workers money and he never pay on time and he is giving bad excuses all time
