The team at Allure Bathroom Remodeling are amazing!

Our master bathroom needed some re-grouting work. We contacted many contractors to get estimates of the work. The estimates were good, but the problem we had was follow through. Days and weeks would go by, and it seemed like we were just bugging these guys. We brought in some professional companies to provide estimates thinking they would follow through. They could not repair the grout so they offered estimates to do a rebuild of the master bathroom. The pricing was outrageous!

My wife finally found Allure Bathroom Remodeling. John (the owner) came to our house, inspected the damage in master shower, and said no problem. He was so transparent and honest, that he told us it didn't make sense to do a complete remodel. They could do the repairs - and in a reasonable price too! We were ecstatic; so excited that we decided to do a remodel of our guest bathroom that we were never happy with. The cost of doing both projects was roughly the same cost as the single remodel that other companies offered. We settled with Allure.

The actual work finally came. We met John's son, Mike, and his crew. Our master bathroom repairs took ONE day. We've been faced with this problem for months and it was resolved in one day. The next part was the amazing part - our new guest bathroom. Mike was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. His crew was the exact same. Every one of them was trustworthy. We felt comfortable providing input and questions on the work. Everything went so smoothly.

We'd recommend Allure for any job, large or small. They were amazing to work with. If you've ever had issues with contractors not contacting you, or don't feel comfortable with the price of your estimate. Look no further than Allure.

Matt and Matt (yes, both workers were named Matt) were amazing. They installed my walk-in tub. They were amazing. They covered my floors with drop cloths for protection. They ensured to close the front door whenever they needed to go in and out because I have a cat who likes to dart out if he sees an open door. The work was done in two days! The Luxstone design is beautiful. Matt and Matt were very pleasant, polite, and professional. They kept me up to date on their progress. There is a small patchwork on the wall that needs to be completed and Matt noted it in the file that he will return to complete that. Before leaving, Matt explained the function of each dial on tub and also gave me cleaning instructions. Amazing job!

In the first stages of researching people to do a bathroom remodel, I reached out to friends & co-workers. I received ZERO recommendations from them, but a few who not to work with as well as hearing the story of how one of my co-workers had an open BBB complaint against the company they used. I've never done this size remodel before so I was already a little nervous, but hearing their stories stressed me out!

I went online to do some research and that included NextDoor and the Living Chandler Facebook group. Checked out past remodel posts and noted any companies that were recommended multiple times. Once I got a fair amount of companies, I started calling them for initial consultations. After that I narrowed it down to 3 for in-home consultations and quotes.

All 3 quotes were in the same ballpark, which was good since I didn't feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me. I went with Phoenix Home Remodeling (PHR), because unlike some of the others, they didn't try to push me in a specific design direction and didn't try to force expensive options. Seriously, one company really tried to upsell me on everything, even when I would share concerns.

Jeremy, Ben, Mark, and Jason made me feel comfortable and, while working with them, reinforced that I made the correct decision by listening to my questions and concerns. They were able to take general ideas/concepts and make them a reality! Their subs also helped reinforce that I went with the right people. Lupe (tile), Roy (vanity), Cody (woodworking, misc), and everyone else were friendly, polite, asked me questions to make sure they got things right, and did a wonderful job.

Any kind of remodeling can be overwhelming, and PHR was the perfect guide through the process and helping me keep my sanity. I've already recommended them and will continue to do so, and I look forward to using them again! (apologies for the novel, but I can't say enough good things about PHR)

We love our new Shower. We never imagined how fast it would be to get our new shower installed. Andres, Kory and Todd were extremely professional and did an awesome job on our installation. Totally recommend them.

Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix did an exceptional job for us. It was my first time having them, will indeed consider them for any bathroom remodeling in the future. I highly recommend it.

We hired Mike Abbate and his crew for a major home improvement: 2 bathrooms, tile floor throughout home, tile walked kitchen, knock down walls and ceilings, enlarged kitchen window and more. The beautiful work was completed on-time. We can’t thank him and his crew enough for his talent, creativity and his professionalism!

Very pleasant experience. Re-bath is very considerate of veterans and offers incentives. I had a complete shower and bathtub replacement. The individual installing it was exceptional. Six months after the installation, I had one problem with the mixing valve. It was taken care of immediately. I highly recommend this company to anyone interested in upgrading their shower and bathtub.

They were always on time and got done that day what they said they would do. We had a very good tech. He always cleaned up and he was very precise on his work. He needed some help with the shower pan since it weighed about 300 lbs and when he installed the shower wall panels that were 8’ x 4’.The tech was very professional and he had great work ethics.

Sunset Tile completely remodeled our kitchen. They helped re-design and document the layout and detailed the cabinets and supplies. Their attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship resulted in a kitchen we love and enjoy everyday. Highly recommend Sunset Tile!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

We hired TWD to remodel an entertainment center wall. From the very beginning, the experience was great. The communication was excellent, the design process was easy and a design was created that fit our needs and style. The quote was quite reasonable, and they gave us a calendar and schedule for construction, and stuck to it! They did every task on the day they scheduled, kept the rest of the house clean and neat and did a great jog of cleaning up when they were done. The finished product is fantastic, matched the design, and they were even able to incorporate mid-construction changes with no hassle. Everything was done right, from the first contact, constant communication, construction, cleanup, attention to detail and finished remodel. Highly recommended.

My husband remodeled years ago so he is critical of everybody, so we got 5 bids. For us it wasn't just about the money, we needed to feel comfortable about who was going to be in our house and the quality of the job and materials itself. Ross explained the entire process and answered all my husbands questions. Although he was booked up and we had to wait 3 weeks before he could start we decided to wait on him. It worked out good anyway because I am picky and wanted to purchase my own mirrors, lighting fixtures and towel bars. They showed up on time everyday, cleaned up daily and finished on time, no surprises. Our Travertine shower is simply gorgeous, what a difference. I can tell by the way he rebuilt the shower it will last forever ( I think my husband learned a few things although he wouldn't admit it, LOL) We will call Brower Remodeling Group for our guest bathroom and I can't wait. I have used this company a few different times. They recently replaced a roof on my house I was trying to sell. They helped me with the insurance claim process and supplied all the necessary pictures and documents to support the claim. Once the claim was settled, which was very quick due to the supported pictures/documents, the old roof was removed and the new roof was installed within 4 days. They also worked with my HOA to make sure the shingles were approved. Due to their efficiency my closing was not delayed. I would recommend them to anyone. The roof looks great also.
