Best Plumbing Design in Phoenix AZ

Before we needed our remodel we got bids from several different companies and decided to stick with well known companies and were a little leery of using a handyman type person to do the complete remodel of 2 of our bathrooms in our house. We got a very prominent company that always advertises on KTAR and we know that they did good work. The sent out a design person and came up with great ideas, right up until the quote.. We told them our budget to start with but there quote was about $15K higher than what we wanted, which irritated me to no end. We asked them what we needed to do to get it back in budget and everything went from high-end to super low-end and turned out to be nothing of what we wanted. This was not what we wanted!! I decided to look elsewhere , I picked up my cell phone and found Allure and looked at the pictures of work that he had done and liked what I saw. I called the number and talked to John (Houser) about giving us a bid. He came out to the house and I told him what I wanted to have done and told him of the other company that gave us a bid. I simply asked John what he could do that would keep us in our budget. He looked at it and simply said everything. I was in shock at first, and then I was really angry at the other firm and felt like they were really going to try advantage of me. In retrospect, dealing with Allure was one of the greatest decisions we ever made. John turned out to be a hands-on owner and monitored all aspects
of the remodel. The crew always kept us informed, always showed up on time and offered suggestions along the way that really made the experience so enjoyable. If you are thinking of a remodel, give John a call and I am positive that you will never regret it. It's been over a year since the bathrooms have been completed and my wife still comes out after her bath (in our nice new jetted tub) and says how much she just loves what Allure has done, and I love the fact that he kept his word, stayed on budget and everything was very professional from top-to-bottom. At the start , this company a pleasure to work with when we decided to remodel our master shower. From the professional, knowledgeable and on time sales rep (Andrew), up to and including the installers Cameron B and Jon B.. The installers were on time, they walked us through the steps of the job, and welcomed us to observe and ask questions. They ensured that our floors and furniture in or near the work zone were protected. They cleaned up their demo debris before moving to the installation steps. When they found that the warehouse person(s) had pulled the wrong colored panels (per the contract) they rectified the issue quickly. As we observed each step of the installation, they did not cut corners. These two craftsmen are comfortable with their job and put quality at the top of their list. They cleaned up their work area ensuring no debris was left behind. They then walked us through the warranty, the operation of the shower, proper cleaning and maintenance of the surfaces and the waiting period and why we needed to wait. They setup a temporary shower rod and curtain for us to use until our backordered doors are installed. All around a great experience. Cameron B and Jon B. really wrapped up the package of caring, professional and desire for the job to be done RIGHT by this company. The employees at the front end of a company can promise you the Taj Mahal, but it is the people that make that happen, that really cement the commitment to that promise. 3/22/2022. Took me 30 + days to get my doors installed after they charged me for the project completion without the doors being installed. I got the run around, unkept promises and passing the buck from JOSH, AMANDA and one other one that I did not get their name. FINALLY, they decided to give us an upgrade on the door so they could close this job. Once again, the installation crew was great. Clean, professional and polite. Even with a minor hiccup, they did a phenomenal job. I will think twice about using JACUZZI in the future and I WILL NEVER DO A PROJECT WHERE GREENSKY FINANCE IS INVOLVED.

Crafted Remodeling is absolutely amazing!! I run a nonprofit that provides a night of fun for children fighting terminal illness and the carpet in our space was in bad shape and not great for those kids to be around. Crafted came in and replaced ALL the carpet with the most beautiful laminate floor. It completely changed the look of the space. And because they believe in giving back, they donated the flooring and labor!! This is huge for a nonprofit and we are so thankful for Crafted and their amazing employees!!

Had a great experience. Trusted Taylor to be in my home while I was at work. He worked around my schedule so that I could let him and James in so they could do their work. Highly recommend this company! Very happy with the outcome of both of my bathroom remodels!

Shower installation and take out old bathtub. The installer was very polite, respectful, clean, spoke English. He gave me updates throughout the day, arrive time and when he left, since I was not home during dismantle day. It took 2 days just like they said it would be. Outstanding job all around, from start to finish.

We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. We highly recommend this company.

I’m hesitant to put reviews out there, but I have to say this was an all-time great experience with Holtzman home improvements. All the way from the office staff being very knowledgeable and what they were saying to the construction workers come out out to the house. Their attention to detail is born on the best and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again thank you for all you guys do and your customer service! I will definitely be referring people to you in the future.

Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

Norm was so helpful! He made sure I had what I needed even though it took much longer than anyone expected. Water heater replaced and hot water restored! Thank you again, Norm!

The cost is pretty competitive and their products have decent warranties on them.The free in-home consultation was a breeze, and I didn't feel like I was being upsold at all. My consultant was Jim Blackburn, and he was helpful and informative and attentive.The entire process took a week, and the technician was great. He was professional and courteous, cleaned up every night, and would give us a run down of what he was doing each day.I will gladly recommend Rebath to anyone needing a new bathroom.

Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Love our walk-in tub. Can sit and soak with the whirlpool jets - good for sore muscles! Also like keeping the shower option. A little over three days to install, and well worth it.

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! We needed our master bathroom shower remodeled to accommodate a wheelchair user. After hearing about all the problems people encountered on bad jobs we were paranoid about choosing a contractor. We decided to go with Independence because they specialized in handicapped remodeling. We met with Mike to go over our project, got a quote, and set a start date. His crew arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. When a few project hitches came up (which they almost always do) they were resolved to our complete satisfaction.

Independence charged a fair price, honored their quote, started on time, did an excellent job, finished on time and cleaned up after themselves. What more could a customer ask for? I would recommend them without hesitation.

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

Neoteric Builders completed a whole house remodel, top to bottom. The workers were friendly and professional, work completed as promised and the result is a beautiful “new” home! I would not hesitate to use them again and certainly recommend them.
