Phoenix Home Remodeling recently remodeled my kitchen and master bath. Jeremy, Ben, and Mark are incredibly professional! We chose designer cabinets which take a bit longer, and the results are incredible and very high quality! Both the kitchen and master bath and many other projects they completed throughout my entire home are perfect and exactly how I dreamed they would turn out! Several friends and family have been to my newly remodeled home and they can’t get over how amazing it looks! The quality of the work is beyond my expectations! Steve and his crew did an excellent job on 3 bathroom remodels for us. All 3 turned out better than we could have expected. Excellent workmanship, fast and on time. Anything extra was communicated to us clearly and was definitely needed (replacement of rotted underflooring or more tile to raise the height in a shower). I would definitely use him again and would recommend him without hesitation.

I had Holtzman remodel my kitchen a few years back and the job they did was outstanding. This time we were looking to completely remodel into a new master bathroom and we could not be happier. There were a few bumps along they way, but our PM Jarred was very communicative and I always knew where we stood for the whole project. We are eyeing a remodel of the spare bathroom now that the rest of the house looks so nice - when that time comes, we will surely reach out to Holtzman first.

TWD really got me out of a jam when an inspector discovered a damaged attic truss in my condo attic. Facing a short turnaround time to sell my condo, I searched the Internet to find an available repair company licensed to do residential structural repairs. TWD responded to my request and understood my short timeframe. Within a few days they had inspected all of the trusses, taken several photos, and given me a plan for repair. They set me up with their online project site where I could track their progress and download photos. All contacts by phone and in person were friendly and professional.

A few days later the repairman came over. He covered the floor and walls surrounding the attic entrance. While making the repairs, he photographed each step, and was done and gone within an hour.

I forwarded the photos and the project contract and receipt to my realtor, putting to rest any concerns the buyer might have.

In summary, this was a simple job costing me less than $400. Yet TWD treated me as if I was a long-time customer. I will certainly call them for remodeling work on my new home. I highly recommend their services.

Our project was taking out our garden tub and shower in our master bath and putting in a walk in shower. It ended up taking a week longer than expected because of our glass installation, but the end result was fantastic. Marjeanne and Skylar oversaw the entire installation, making sure that things were done correctly. The crews that were hired on: tilers, plumbers, and glass installers were all professional. Everyone cleaned up their areas to the point that you couldn't tell that they were there. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom or kitchen because they do excellent work.

Re-bath did an amazing job with our new shower and tub. We had a remodel 9 years ago from another contractor and unfortunately it didn't last. Re-bath has a lifetime warranty, service is amazing and everyone who steps foot in your door holds themselves accountable for their work. Curtis was absolutely the best. Wanted to love this service as the reviews had been so good, but I had definite problems with the cost and response to my concerns. Originally quoted $272 for the repair of two items with the approximate time of 2 hours to complete. Only one item was able to be completed: the installation of a GFCI outlet. Electrician was there for a maximum of 40 minutes. My adjusted bill was $206, which I felt was exorbitant. Tried working with Elizabeth to adjust the bill and there was NO compromise, even after I called 6 electricians and got quotes between $125-$150. I will not be using this company again.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

The first time I hired this company it was to do a full master bathroom remodel. They we very prompt and dependable. The work was top notch. Since this first job, I have hired the team to remodel a guest bathroom, kitchen, reface a fireplace along with other odd jobs. I highly recommend

Leonel was quick to respond and get us scheduled but the work has been disappointing. His crew left a water line dripping into a buckets which overfilled and leaked during the night. The shower faucet they installed fell off 3 months later, the shower door was inadequately caulked, the mirror over the sink doesn't seem secure, and the light switch isn't functioning as it should. Hopefully Leonel will be as quick to address the problems as he was to start the job in the first place.

Alex and his team are professional, efficient and clean as you go. Alex is a great communicator and is timely with his projects. He completes your project within the timeline agreed upon and within budget which I appreciate. I have recommended him to others and they have also been happy with his work. I have used him on several projects and have other projects booked in the near future for various trades, drywall, granite install, tile work, flooring, plumbing and painting. Should you need a remodel or a simple fix, Alex can assist. Seems as though no job is too big or too small. I encourage anyone to give him a call in the Phoenix-Metro Area.
