Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

Buyer beware. I almost did a remodel through this company and I'm so glad I didn't. Steve came to our house for an estimate on a bathroom remodel. The estimate was for $20,000. He charged about 20% more than other quotes we received. But I liked Steve so we went with him. The company then goes through a design phase which no joke takes about 2.5 months. The entire design phase they give us no quote. At the end of the design phase they quoted us at $65,000 for a very simple bathroom upgrade. Small bathroom, nothing fancy. We weren't moving walls. We weren't moving the tub, shower or sinks. No way it could be more than $25,000. They could not break out the price for us one bit. No price for the tile, no price for the sinks, nothing. They got mad when we asked them to break out the price. Seemed very very very fishy to me. When I called them out for being fishy, they left and we never heard from them again. We still gave them $1,000 for the design. I feel like this company could be running some kind of construction scam. I just don't trust them. Go with someone that you can get a bunch of positive referrals from.

I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit.

During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us.

The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract. I won't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Re-Bath did a full master bathroom remodel. I am so happy with how everything looks. Adrian did amazing work! He is very friendly and takes great pride in his job. It shows in the final product!

We used Sunset Tile & Bath for our master bathroom and now we are having them do our kitchen. They are wonderful to work with....professional, prompt and knowledgeable. They spent quality time with us to make our design decisions and then the construction process for our bathroom was carried out with the same level of service and completed on time. We highly recommend this company.

I had my bath/shower combo removed and replaced with a beautiful walk-in shower. I had a specific vision of what I wanted and it was spot on. Matt was my installer. He was terrific at letting me know what he was doing. I was impressed with his skill and work ethic. I would recommended this company 100%

TWD installed an entertainment center in our great room and as always we were pleased beyond expectations. They were prompt, clean, professional, Morgan and his team provided a quality product with excellent craftsmanship. We already have them scheduled for another project and will be using them for our kitchen remodel in the future.

There were many things that went wrong with our remodel, but I'll keep it rather short.

1. We had two project managers. One got fired. The other was intoxicated on nearly every occasion that we spoke to him. He would angrily call us up on weekends and interrogate us about when the contractors left our house. On another occasion, he claimed that he was probably drunk when he took our call at 3:30pm on a Thursday. So drunk that he didn't remember it. He accused us of lying until he looked at his phone receipts. Our sink detached from our counter about 4 months after completion and after several no-shows, I confronted him about it. He hung up on me.

2. We received a design for our kitchen and we only asked for two things specialized cabinets: a cubby cabinet and a spice rack pull-out. Both cabinets were forgotten about. The spice rack was added after completion. The cubby stayed the way it was because the project manager told us there was nothing they could do now and it would require the tear down of the backsplash. We should have pushed back on this, but we didn't. Our design, in total, was missing the two specialty cabinets we asked for as well as additional cabinets that could not be added due to a lack of space.

3. At some point during the re-install, our dishwasher was damaged. It was placed back in and leaked ever since. Now our new cabinets are removed due to the water damage. Maxum sent a contractor to come look at the damage. He said that Maxum would get back to me. That was a week ago and I'm tired of waiting for them to do the right thing as we have always been patient.

Do yourself a favor and look at their ROC cases (ROC 202770). Two cases have led to discipline or resolution and meanwhile there are two pending cases. Please avoid this company.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

Endless ads online.... to me this is intrusive and indicates they over-spend on customer acquisition, which of course means they're going to be very, very expensive.

Our experience with Re-Bath was an amazing experience. Our designer Deborah Blair was top notch. We were told our project would take one week to complete and it was completed on time. Our master bath was remodeled by Ray Diaz. Ray is a master in his skill set and a valuable asset to the company. He was professional in his work and very thorough. We always knew from day to day what he completed and where he was going with the project the next. He would debrief us at the end of the day, then immediately send us a summary of the day's work along with pictures in a group text. Ray was also approachable and flexible during our project. We felt we were 'in the loop' during the project because of his communication with us. This experience with Re-Bath and their staff was a pleasureable experience. We will recommend Re-Bath to our family and friends for sure!

Anthony and his crew were beyond amazing. The professionalism and quality of work was top notch. Trinity is truly a one stop shop for all of a persons kitchen needs from cabinets to countertops and backsplashes. The design and layout was flawless, resulting in an amazing kitchen. From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

Do yourself a big favor and avoid a lot of stress and go strait to AZ Granite & Remodeling. We started our remodeling journey at Lowe's & Home Depot and soon regretted it. Shortly after we met Veny and company who picked up all the pieces of our bad decisions and put it all back together. Not only did he do a magnificent job on our countertops, but he also corrected extensive work which had already been completed pre-Veny and only charged us cost of materials. Trust us, you will not regret the price, speed, and quality of work you will be getting with AZ Granite & Remodel.

I was very impressed with the efforts of Steve, Lori, and his entire team, they did a really great job. They added a room to the back of my house, everything was meticulously completed from the initial foundation, to the final painting and trim.
