The design consultation with Chad was fast and easy - he worked with us to pick out the exact doors we wanted and made sure we got a competitive price.The true standouts, though, were the installers, Justin and Cory. This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Exceptional experience. We had an old bathtub removed and a new shower installed. Jeff was very professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process, made sure we were happy with everything and when the job was done made sure everything was clean. Good place for home remodeling products and services.

If you want work done on your home and money is no object then this is the place for you. I cannot speak to the quality of the work that they do because it never got that far. I placed a $5000 deposit so they could get started on the design work. I understand that this is a lot of work and they need some sort of certainty that they can recoup some of their expenses. What they came back with was an astronomical bid. I won't get into the whole issue of pricing but here is an example. They had a line item in for repainting the house (all walls, baseboards, doors and ceilings). The amount that they came up with was $7000. Note that this is a 2600 square foot house. After seeing this red flag I met at the house that weekend with 2 painters to get bids for the same work. They came back with bids of $1700 and $2500.

In an effort to get some value for the $5000 that I had already committed I told them that I would still hire them to install the folding wall system in the house. They returned with a bid of $34,956. I have also reached out for competing bids. I have only received one back but it came in at $19,554.25.

I will be looking elsewhere or I will do the work myself. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started here. I cannot believe that if feels good to be walking away from $5000.

They designed a new countertop layout to include a functional eat-in bar. They showed me dozens of options for countertops and backsplashes. Helping me avoid distraction by shining objects they guided my selections to please my own design sense and optimizing the value of my home. The renovation included some drywall work, and included a re-do of my stair case. I highly recommend their service. From the quality of the workmanship to their keen eye for finishing touches, Renovation and Design Concepts fully met my expectations for quality, value and aesthetics. During a very difficult COVID-19 environment, the leadership team, designer and installation crew provided outstanding customer service. They placed their trust in us, the customer, by being attentive to what we wanted, not what they wanted for remodeling our kitchen, laundry room and two bathrooms. The larger part of the project was a complete demolition of the existing kitchen and laundry room, installation of new cabinets, storage units, appliances, counter tops, backsplash, electrical and plumbing.

Our goal was to update an 11 year old kitchen to make it brighter and more functional. Mission accomplished. We have a beautiful, brighter, and much more functional kitchen, laundry, and two bathrooms thanks to both our Designer Aimee and Project Manager Kent. As we look back, its important to note how Premier treated us with care and respect. They were resolved to leave us with complete satisfaction with our project.

Disappointed in the level of customer service. I wanted to purchase a remnant from them. The sales associate I had worked with said to text him the picture of the slab I wanted to buy and he’d let me know if it was available. This was Thursday morning. It took him until Sunday night at 11:40pm to respond. Very unprofessional. See attached screenshot. Curious how he discovered at 11:40pm on a Sunday night that they no longer have any remnants.

They have the Best flooring selections in town! Trust me, I visited all the flooring stores! Their customer service is top notch

Luxury Remodels just did a complete renovation of our master bathroom, only the 4 main walls are left of the original room. The end result is amazing and the only downside is that it now takes longer to take a shower or a bath since we don't want to get out.

Tim and Ron did a great job helping us with the design of the room and the overall layout. They are both detail oriented and prevented us from making small design flaws that would have been big issues in the end. The crew of Luxury are experienced and detail oriented as well. The Tile work is immaculate, all the carpentry and doors fit perfectly as well. The communication between Luxury and the homeowners (us) helped us understand when we should expect someone to be at our house and what they were going to accomplish that day.

I would highly recommend anyone considering a remodel to contact this company before they make their final decision on a contractor.

Jorge arrived promptly at 8am to repair a bad seam on my kitchen counter that was fabricated a year ago.
The installing fabricator did a poor job.
He repaired the seam and it looks beautiful.
Jorge is very professional and meticulous.
