My wife and I are extremely pleased with the overall project. There are always hiccups when doing home renovations but Al and his crew were very professional and kept me in the loop through each and every step.

My parents ordered a screened in patio from these people in March they just got it installed on Thursday of last week. Buyers be ware this company won’t fight for you with their vendors. They make every excuse in the book for why they are not installing yet. Managers don’t care about your time and experience with the company. Then they come and install and the installer moved at a snails pace it took him 4 day if they would have put two people on are Job it would have take half the time. They did not give him all the cord he needed instead of going to Home Depot and getting it the installer said we have to wait Til Monday I am sorry we waited for months and my time is just as valuable as anyone else make it right. This kind of stuff looses repeat business and we have three homes in same community but after my parent’s experience be a cold day in hell before we use these people so unprofessional

The Remodel store is a local company that we didn’t even know about until we attended a neighborhood fair. They transformed my shower. Georgina and Sam were professional and easy to work with. I didn’t feel like they overcharged me. We had some minor issues but we were sure to let them know right away. They were quick to take action to remediate the situation and also didn’t hesitate to apologize when necessary.

I have had nightmare experiences with other contractors in the past, but I can't say enough about my experience with Republic West Remodeling. The finished project is beautiful. The bathroom is fully ADA compliant. It is perfect for my mother's needs, but it still looks gorgeous. If there is one contractor in the state of Az that I trust, it would be Ben Shoval. After dealing with Az slimy contractors, Ben presented himself very honestly. If I had an issue, he took care of it. He took our feedback with grace, and dignified it with a positive result. He also hired 2 very nice steady subcontractors that did an amazing job. We will use him again for future business.

My wife and I met with Sandra, Bri, and the whole team recently and had an amazing experience!! We’re building a custom home in Scottsdale (our first) and the design process became quite overwhelming until we discovered the magic of the Design Lab. From our first email and phone call I could tell that they were true professionals with a keen eye for our modern farmhouse aesthetic. We set up a 2-hour appointment at the Lab and met with the whole team who carefully and thoughtfully laid out each room all the way down to the cabinets, flooring, lighting, hardware, countertops, and plumbing fixtures. The designs were fresh, unique, and exciting and totally exceeded our high expectations. To be able to check all the boxes at a single location in just a couple hours is incredibly valuable and unusual. We would’ve spent countless hours for each product selection and had “too many cooks in the kitchen” blending their thoughts about style and selections. The design lab provides a one-stop shop with talented designers and an unmatched cohesiveness. Their dedication and communication to finish off the project since the meeting has been impressive especially during this pandemic. Overall a great experience. Dennis has been in the business for a long time and really knows the products. We used the Cambria line of cabinets in Saddle color. Excellent line of cabinets . Good selection of sizes,
to make your layout work for you. Moses did the fabrication and install.
I have personally been doing granite in the Midwest for many years,and I was thoroughly impressed Moses work! Much of the fabrication was done on site, by hand, and he is a true craftsman. The process happens a little slower in Phoenix than what I'm used too, but I would use Superior Stone again for sure..

I invited this company to take a look and design a remodeling for my bath. Although I got 1 hour off time from the work, the owner, Kelly Brown, came 45 min late to the appointment. Before this appointment, she called me 3 times for appointment verification, but she coming late without an excuse was totally disappointing. At home, she did not make any measurements. She took some notes and then vanished. No follow up... Even the day she came, I sensed that she was somehow felt forced coming.... very interesting and untrustworthy company.
