What a fantastic bathroom reno experience. From my first call to request a quote to the last handshake after the job was completed, this was a painless process. This was a weeklong project that ran into a complication here and there, but John always had a solution. Michael did a great job working alongside his crew mates while managing the job on site. Roberto's tile work was masterful, bordering on a work of art, truly beautiful craftsmanship. Chotto did a fantastic job with installing the new windows and re-routing the electrical work. Shane's precision painting was impeccable and his attention to detail was impressive. I can not say enough good things about this experience and have already recommended Allure to my boss. John's estimate matched his invoice, which was a little surprising since we had to make some adjustments along the way. You won't go wrong hiring Allure for our next bathroom project.

We had a new shower installed In October and it is a beauty. We also had a new floor installed. I complained about the job due to gaps along side the closet, toilet, and a wall adjacent to the toilet I also feel that your subcontractor or contractor did not take up all the tile underneath the flooring that he put it over that tile and therefore is uneven. He came back and mixed a colored grouting and asked if I could live with that and I said yes but in all honestly, I am not happy with the floor.

Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Everardo, Jose and the entire crew at Rhino Construction, and subcontractors for specific jobs, have our highest recommendation. Last year they helped us repair our interiors, kitchen and full bathroom reno after flooding and mold remediation so this year we enlisted them in an entire backyard project. With nothing but dirt, rotting overhang and broken cement patio they did everything, from demo and shed moving to adding a sliding glass door (and other doors and window), pavers, landscaping, grass, roof, trim, gutters and exterior and interior prep and painting. They also added the tile to the inground spa we had installed. Their techs got everything done with excellent work and on our time frame. But the best part is they work with you and as your project evolves they adjust with you, and can also help solve problems with older houses and make recommendations as needed. I was able to work with businesses of my choice to pick the hardscape, detail tiles and plant materials to design all aspects of the project to our aesthetics and budget. Rhino picked up and installed things as we wanted them to be and always cleaned up completely. It turned out better than we had hoped and they are our go to company for all our home improvement and repair needs!

We remodeled our Master Bath using XLT Construction; they did a fantastic job, started on time, finished ahead of time, and was very reasonable on price! I was first introduced to New Bath at the Arizona home and garden show which I spoke to Colt sands and he set up an appointment, he came out right when he said he would. He let us know that there were delays in material which is a huge thing. Eddie one of the new bath contractors was awesome to work with and extremely nice alongside his colleague. They did an excellent job and took their time on this project. They went above and beyond what they needed to. They also made sure that my dogs were safe while construction was happening which is a huge plus in my book. The owner, John Sands personally came out to my house multiple times and took care of me on whatever I needed. This is why you should always work with small businesses instead of large corporations. The project came out beautiful! I would recommend New Bath to any of my friends and family. Thank you so much!

Tim and his team were prompt, courteous, sensitive to the being kept clean and they finished on time and in budget. Good communication throughout and followed up to check to see if work met our expectations. Can't really expect more. Professional company.
