We have worked with Phoenix Home Remodeling on a few jobs recently and are really impressed by their renovation work.

Very rude unprofessional people. They are too busy to be polite. I asked one too many questions about my quote on the phone to Audra the decorator and she freaked out at me. The manager explained her behavior that she stressed. No apology. We will go where our business is appreciated and the employees are polite.

Veny and his crew were on time and did a wonderful job replacing our kitchen backsplash. His advice was spot on. Sando and Olivia were extremely professional in their tile installation and cleanup. They exceeded our expectations in every way and when they left our kitchen was not only wonderful to look at, but was very clean and ready to go. Extremely pleased and will definitely use them again.

Our experience with Legacy was great! I highly recommend them. My wife and I get nervous whenever we just need a handyman. As two women, we figure men know we have no idea what things cost. We've been taken advantage of in that way before. From the moment we met the staff until the very end we trusted that we chose the best team. Our project manager was James. He was so great! It was nice having him around. We felt safe. If you get him on your team, huge bonus! We initially got in contact with several contractors and decided to go with Legacy because of their professionalism, organization and their experience. It just felt like a good fit from the beginning. We needed to take care of some flooding issues and we wanted to expand our master bedroom. Jean, the talented architect, came up with an awesome plan and so far we've had no flooding! (Knock on wood.) They took a little bit longer than we expected to finish the project but only by about a week. We love the way everything looks! It turned out even better than we expected. Found solutions to our challenges others were not willing to attempt

I was helping my father refinance his home in Arizona and I do not live there anymore. But I had to find a company to assist with some repairs. Watch out for this company during rush hour traffic. Whoever drives the black Chevy/GMC crew cab towing the Holtzman trailer will bully his way over from the slow lane to the HOV lane almost hitting other vehicles with the trailer.
