John and Team revamped my old shower into a fully tiled and glass shower of my dreams. They are great to work with and very responsive. From the demolition to the finished product quickly and the pricing was extremely fair for the work done. Mike is super and making sure the customer is happy at all times. I am very pleased to post this review as I feel they deserve it. Nice job guys.

Thanks to the super responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable team at Phoenix Home Remodeling for an amazing and courteous job well done on a facelift of our guest bathroom Though a small project overall (bathtub removal, shower and countertop installation) we were treated as a priority client. The team of Jeremy, Ben, Mark, Lupe and Aaron were all extremely professional and courteous. Their communication and ALWAYS ON TIME to the job exceeded expectations. Work was performed timely, professionally and they cleaned up in the areas they worked in. Prices are reasonable and service is top notch. We would highly recommend them to others. Simply cannot say enough good things about Phoenix Home Remodeling and will definitely be calling them again.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix did an exceptional job for us. It was my first time having them, will indeed consider them for any bathroom remodeling in the future. I highly recommend it.

We had Re-Bath do a shower remodel, converting a traditional walk in shower with two built-in benches to a handicap accessible shower with no built-in benches. I was very impressed with Blaine, the installer. He was always on time, very professional, and answered every question. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is very personable. Everything was covered, including the floors, before starting. At the end of every day, the place was immaculately cleaned. He listened to the individual who will be using the shower, making sure every shelf, grab bar, and the shower head itself was positioned to make it easily accessible to her. The work was completed in only two days. Before leaving, he showed the individual how everything functioned. She is very pleased with the shower. I was exceptionally pleased with Blaine's work ethic, showing the utmost concern for the individual who will use the shower. He did not just rush through, as sadly many workers do nowadays, but took the time to make everything just right. Thank you, Blaine, for treating us with the highest level of respect and really listening to what we wanted.

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Maxum Remodeled my house did a great job!

They did a fantastic job on my kitchen. This was a difficult job but they result is fantastic. I would recommend them to everyone.

I have been renting my home for 3+ years and no matter what issues we have had maintenance wise, it always gets done in a timely and professional manner. Our maintenance technician, Norm, who usually handles our work orders is always friendly, professional, and has awesome time management so he gets the jobs done in a timely manner. His work always looks neat and clean and maintains the integrity of the home. I love renting from PJ Hussey and I’m very thankful for the entire staff to be honest!! Thank you Norm for always doing the best job when you come out!!

We had our master bathroom completely gutted, the oval tub replaced with a walk-in shower. The shower stall made into shelving storage, floors, toilet and vanity replaced.The job was very well done, the workers knowledgeable and friendly. They did abeautiful job, we are very pleased.

Home Concepts was awesome! We had a shower/tub combo remodeled and it came out great. They were very professional and did high-quality work. I strongly recommend using them for bath remodeling needs.

After contacting several contractors, decided to go with Neoteric Builders LLC. Paul was the most responsive and continued to be so during my bathroom renovation. Meticulous work and offered suggestions that I hadn’t of (ceiling, nicer tub). My bathroom looks fantastic. Definitely recommend them!

I appreciate the experience Russ and his team has. He provided good advice and great workmanship while working through the small or big projects.

They showed up as promised, their work was perfect, and they cleaned up completely before they left. The end result is terrific. We will definitely use them again, and strongly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.

Scheduling an appointment for my tree to be trimmed was easy and efficient. They showed up on time and were so thorough that they alerted me to an issue with some rotting on our tree. Grateful for their service and expertise.

****SLIMY, LYING, ZERO INTEGRITY**** DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
I'm surprised to see the positive reviews. Joe, the GC/owner, lied repeatedly throughout the project. He does NOT ever accept any responsibility for his severe inability to communicate with his sub's, us, and his vendor's about the project details. Expect to foreman your own job if you want it done right. MY husband was the foreman from start to finish. Every single sub contractor that came over, every single time never had any direction or idea what to do.
Rather than having integrity and doing what's ethical when mistakes were made *THERE WERE ALOT* by taking responsibility for them, Joe instead placed the blame on me and my husband. EVERY SINGLE TIME. The project went 2.5 months over due date. He continued to give excuses from being too busy to handle his project load, to having medical issues, to finally him blaming Covid for the delay.
The final outcome is acceptable, only because my husband spent the time during work giving direction to the sub contractor's and away from work to be home to QC the sub contractor's work. It's concerning to think how bad it could've been because Joe doesn't have any method for managing his jobs, communicating effectively with anyone, and he doesn't utilize any quality guidelines.
