PHX Home Remodeling was great to work with for our bathroom remodel. Every employee we worked with was very friendly and genuine. They walked us through the entire process step by step, answered all our questions thoroughly, made the design process very easy, and did amazing work. Also, the area was kept clean during the entire process. The bathroom turned out exactly how we wanted. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

Their drivers seem to think it's just fine to park in handicap spots, never mind that there are only two spots in the entire area, or that there were many empty non handicapped spots, one just across from where they parked their truck. If they hire handicapped workers wonderful, but I saw no tags on the van that took up one of only 2 handicapped parking spaces at my complex for most of the day. Such blatant disrespect for laws and the needs of the disabled say a lot.

We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. This company has some very good qualities. The sales staff are very professional on the front end of the remodel . Ryan was very professional and helped us along the way . He worked with us to select the materials and helped with the design for our complete bathroom remodel . The man that installed the tile in the shower and the floor was a true professional. Excellent. One of the reasons for choosing this company was their claim of having a daily schedule. They do have a daily schedule but they either don't follow the schedule or they change it at will. I do understand that things happen but the schedule became laughable. Communication with the project manager was always a problem. Projected time given for remodel was 6 weeks and still not completed at 12 weeks. Billing system does not work because you cannot pay online . Biggest disappointment is the schedule and that our remodel is still not done.....

I hired Neoteric Builders LLC to remodel my master bath. The guys were courteous and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time for my kitchen remodel! Highly recommend!

Kitchens by Good Guys does excellent work!!! We gutted our kitchen and took out a wall. Good Guys didn’t shy away from the project, in fact they knocked it out of the park!! We love, love, love our new kitchen. From start to finish, all staff we worked with were professional, knowledgeable, creative and a pleasure to work with. Good guys provided a timeline for the project, from purchasing/building of the cabinets to the final inspection approval. They were realistic in their timeline and were done when they said they would be. We were not in the house for the project but Good Guys use a platform where they upload photos of the progress of the project. We appreciated this extra step. I cannot say enough about this team. You will not regret hiring Good Guys!!

This company has beautiful, high quality countertops. They make sure the customer is satisfied. They installed the counters in 1 1/2 days.

We need to regrout an existing bathtub to prepare our apartment for rental. Got a great quote, timely service, and high quality work - thrilled to have a great tile resource in my rolodex for future tile needs.

Their design team gave us the multiple options for redesigning the kitchen. Over and above that, practical suggestions and recommendations. Recommended!

Found solutions to our challenges others were not willing to attempt

Beware. Poor workmanship. Failure to pull permit on gas line because we believed they lied on placing the gas lines. Terrible customer service from president and his second in control -Jay W. Many sleepless nights. 3 month delay. Overcharged for kitchen cabinet materials that were not custom and lied to us. Fired them after failure to complete project and they took us to arbitration. Still in dispute. Please avoid. I am not even sure their reviews are real customers and recent reviews I think were removed. We are aware of other unhappy customers. Stay Away!!
