They were outstanding start to finish. I got multiple quotes and their price was very fair. I immediately trusted them. They communicate very well and did throughout the whole process. They are detail oriented which is important during a kitchen remodel. They got all our work done within the expected timeline. Some companies in this space look to take advantage of home owners but not Phoenix Home Remodeling. They are the best and we will use them again.

My family lives in one of the historic districts of Phoenix. We had Homework Remodels convert our old garage into a guestroom. The work entailed adding a bathroom, plumbing, electric, storage. Steve and his team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any work.

We are so impressed with ReBath and their team. Both Adrian and Mark were incredibly kind to our family throughout the remodel. They are also extremely skilled in all remodel areas. We will 100% use ReBath again!

Extremely dangerous and unprofessional driving by the company truck, including tailgating and flipping the middle finger at my van full of children. Yikes.

I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

TWD once again did a fantastic with our room remodel. Back in February they did a wonderful job remodeling our kitchen. This time it was our master bath. It was transformed from a shower/tub side by side to a beautiful walk in shower along with new floor and wall tile and new vanity top with two mirrored wall cabinets. Our designer, Ron LaBrie did a wonderful job again in picking all the items. We had the same oversight manager, Ralph Campa and he was available when needed which was rare as their people did a great job. I wish I could remember the names of those involved. I just want them all to know that we love how well they did their work. Everyone was professional and courteous. They even didn’t mind being supervised by our two boxers - Jake and Bailey. We again thank you for a great job and YES we would recommend them to others who wish to upgrade the home.

We hired Maxum based on the relationship we developed with the designers Jerry & Brian who were very caring, professional and followed thru with all their commitments. We then waited several months for the work to start. We were told they wanted to wait to start until they had all the materials so there wouldn't be any delays once they started. Unfortunately that isn't what happened. They had some really bad subcontractors doing work on our house that were constantly making mistakes like taking out lighting that wasn't being replaced (even after we told them so), installing the wrong tile even after going over all the tile and instructions, building unlevel walls, etc. There was very little supervision of these idiots and when we complained to Maxum, we kept being told what great work they've done on other jobs. After several weeks of this, they finally acknowledged the bad work being done and brought in new guys that did know what they were doing but they didn't get very far since they ran out of tile replacing all the bad work that we had to wait 2 more weeks for them to get replacement tile.
The communication has been awful, they don't contact me until after repeated calls/ texts to them. We're never told in advance what's being done when, how long things are going to take, when we're getting our house back. It's been a very frustrating experience! I hope we will be happy with the results when/ if they finally get done. I don't know how they have managed to stay in business 20 years of they is how they operate. I don't recommend them at all.

Stellar has made an old 70s kitchen new. Great people, excellent recommendations and just a pleasure to work with. I am just amazed at what the can do. Also they were very polite but incistant on recommendations when I went off the path. That saved me having to redo some of the items. Great value.

Alex did a beautiful job replacing our Tub/Shower Combo . The build out , new drywall and finish wall were perfectly matched, most excellently done.His professionalness and knowledge were above average. His care of our home , steady work ethic, and clean up were wonderful as well.We believe that Alex is the best Installer Re-Bath could ever had blessed us with.

I have worked with Diamond Kitchen & Bath on not just one, but two different cabinetry projects in my home. They were both very custom, and completed beyond my expectations!!! I not only love my cabinets, but I love how easy & painless they made the process! Every associate I spoke with, met with, or had in my home to measure or install, treated me & my husband with the utmost respect. They were all so kind, friendly & helpful. Again, my projects were very custom, so every little decision was crucial. Nick was extremely accommodating & made “cabinetry terms” easy for us to understand! He communicated with us every step of the way & made sure I was getting exactly what I had pictured in my mind. He was great & made me feel like I was the only client he was working with! I also worked with Gary, who is the nicest man I’ve ever met! He makes you feel like family. When one of my cabinets had a small bow in the door, Nick & Gary did everything they could to correct the situation. They treated it as if the cabinets were in their own home. They covered all costs to fix the door, even when the manufacturer was no long in business & they had to figure something else out. If that doesn’t speak volumes about this business, I don’t know what will! It’s a true test to Diamond Kitchen & Bath that they survived the hard economic times. I honestly do not have one negative thing to say. I was pleased beyond words. Everything about Diamond Kitchen & Bath makes me want to start another project with them!!!! Amazing company!!!

Veny and his team did an incredible remodel and overhaul of our kitchen. We hit a few bumps along the way (as any remodel does) and Veny was amazing and helpful, full of solutions and was still able to get everything done on our timeline!

We were introduced to this company (Tabitha) from a contractor we were going to hire to do a renovation on a home we just bought. He sent us to Renovation Inc to look at various materials for cabinets, shower, floors & countertops. From the start Tabitha was very unfriendly and acted like we were taking up her precious time. The store hours on the door say they are open on Saturday, but in a conversation with Tabitha, who came off as very snotty, told us that they are wrong and they just started to close on Saturday. Luckily, we had an appointmen but we arrived early thinking we could look around the showroom until our appointment time. Once they arrived, we were introduced to the couple. The husband was very nice and friendly. Tabitha was not. She never smiled, never tried to build a rapport with us - didn't seem to care about earning our business. She may be talented in decorating, but she is not talented when it comes to connecting with a customer, making the customer feel that they matter, and that she wanted our business. In today's market, there are a lot of design options. Tabitha really needs to learn the importance of customer interaction and the importance of it. Her interaction told us that she thought was too busy and good for us and didn't want to say or do anything to prove otherwise. In text messages she never said thank you or you're welcome. Honestly, she is the rudest person I've ever seen who owned a business and who supposedly wants to work with people and earn business.

We took samples with us, and she told us she was going to meet with the contractor at the house to do measurements. We sent photos of our choices and of course, promised to bring the samples back asap. There was a miscommunication, and she was unwilling to do get the measurements done, even though it was her and the contractor's miscommunication fault. I was having dental surgery trying to accommodate her busy schedule. With all of this we decided that it was obvious Tabitha did not want our business and the contractor also lost our business because of her lack of customer service and flexibility. Once we fired them she kept texting us asking for the samples even though we promised we would return them within 48 hours - which we did. WIth the exception of the husband, the other guy that was there when the samples were dropped off was as unfriendly as Tabitha. Hopefully this review will help her learn that the customer is the basis of a business - not her so-called talent. I would stay away!

Designer remodeling replaced all my kitchen cabinets several years ago. They still look BRAND NEW and my kitchen still has a new, fresh feel. I can't say enough about Neil and his crew. They were professional and kept everything so clean and dust-free throughout the process! I know, it can be a challenge to remodel, especially the kitchen. Working with Designer Remodeling made the process really manageable. Highly recommended.

Anthony and his team are well organized and excellent communication all through out the project. When the project was completed my home was left better then expected and I have high expectations!

We could not be more satisfied with our recent bathroom remodels that Planet Remodel preformed for us. The master bathroom was completely gutted and the layout was drastically changed. We had no vision for the space but we knew what we didn't want and communicated with the designer the best we could. She did an incredible job with putting together a layout that fit our needs and our budget! My husband and I were glad the installers that came to our house were with the company for so many years and did such a professional job! They were clean, friendly and punctual. We invite our friends, neighbors and family over just to see our bathrooms now because we love them so much!!! Thank you Planet Remodel for a job WELL DONE! *****
