Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

Veny and his team did an incredible remodel and overhaul of our kitchen. We hit a few bumps along the way (as any remodel does) and Veny was amazing and helpful, full of solutions and was still able to get everything done on our timeline!

The team at Legacy saved my mental state after a different company left my bathroom in shambles. I contacted Legacy because I had seen the work they did on my parents house years before and knew they would be able to salvage and restore our bathrooms dignity! Immediately we were met with professionalism, honesty and transparency in regards to the project we wanted done. Between Brian, Ian and Ritchie, we never for a moment felt like things would get lost along the way or mishandled. And we were right-the job was impeccable. They scheduled with us in a timely manner, they kept the lines of communication open and updated daily and they answered all of my questions along the way. Not to mention how clean they kept everything during the process which was a concern for me considering i've been heavily pregnant the whole time. Oh and last but most importantly- THE TURN OUT!! We have two bathrooms now that look like they belong in a five star Spa. Theyre stunning, and everyone who comes over makes sure to let us know how incredible they are. Neoteric Builders LLC is the best in the business. They were very professional to work with, finished my kitchen on time and left it sparkling clean. Fair pricing and quality materials. I highly recommend Paul for all your remodeling needs!

Trevor was professional when I met him. We are doing a remodel of our kitchen, laundry room and den (which is a fairly large project). Trevor listened and all seemed good but we never got the quote and there is a $40 charge just to meet him. The problem and reason of the bad review is we never heard back from him nor a quote, so I basically paid 40 bucks for someone to listen to me for 30 mins about what I want. He did mention there was a shortage of staff (a day or two after our meeting) so he kept promising and pushing the quote until he stopped responding. Lesson learned is be upfront and set the expectations to a larger timeframe not to be under the gun. We are very patient as long as people are honest and communicate ahead of time.
