I will start by saying that most of the trades people were very nice and happy to explain their process. The owner was responsive when we hit a plumbing snag. Unfortunately, that’s where it ends. Our rude project manager made the experience unpleasant. The completed project shows a definite lack of attention to detail and is not what one would expect from a professional remodeling company. We have two remaining rooms to complete in our home but will not be using Holtzman nor can we recommend based on our own personal experience.

Todd Whittaker Drywall remodeled our kitchen beautifully so when it came time to get out bathtub area tiled I thought of them. Ron LaBrie, who was our designer for our kitchen, stepped up again and did a beautiful bathtub area design with tile and special niches for soaps and hair needs. All of their people from demo to clean up were great. We were totally pleased with the job done.

Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome.

We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

I hired Neoteric Builders LLC to remodel my master bath. The guys were courteous and professional. The project was completed in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Will definitely be calling them when it’s time for my kitchen remodel! Highly recommend!

Republic West Remodeling is your go to. I have had the pleasure to work with them and they are great at what they do. They have great communication and are clear and detailed on what they need when using us to paint their projects. Overall great team to work with.

Professional, hard working, and prompt. Everado came right out to inspect my water damaged bathroom/garage and immediately had a repair plan. Got to work the next day. Completed the project beautifully in two days, great clean up and was in communication the whole time. I highly recommend Rhino Construction and Remodeling,LLC and look forward to calling them for future repairs.

My experience w/ Diamond was great. Estimator came out ASAP, measurements completed in two more days, pricing soon after, and install within two weeks of first contact. The job looks great, and the cost was well under competitors. The measurements and price was competed before others began the process.

I contacted Handyman Connection to fix some drywall that a contractor had been giving me the run around on. I called on a Monday and by Friday the job was complete. Marshall, the drywall installer, did a fantastic job and the drywall looks almost good as new!

I couldn't have been happier with the repair and I definitely plan to use them for future repairs!

Acuity Builders is doing some work on our church. Ken and his team have done a great job communicating and meeting the timelines they projected at the start. If an issue arises Ken is always willing to do what it takes to get the issue resolved. I would recommend Ken and his team to anyone.

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.

We initially hired DRC to complete some plans for an extensive renovation to our Scottsdale home. Dale made representations about their ability to do architectural plans, engineering calculations and also complete the construction. We should have read the signs early, he was an hour late to the initial meeting and then, during the next 9 months it took to get the plans finished, there were lots of mistakes and omissions. It felt like I was marking homework from a pre-schooler. Every time the next set of plans were provided there were omissions, mistakes and forgotten items we had spoken about at previous meetings where I had kept notes.
Dale never turned up with any notes, never took any notes and rarely remembered anything we spoke about. His attention to detail is lacking and his pricing is ridiculous. He wanted $27k for a portable potty rental and $8k for a new hot water heater!
The initial budget was $650k and this was confirmed to be still on track at a meeting in May (8 months in) where we requested an update as to when the plans would be finished and when we could get a bid. We finally got a partial bid in August after putting pressure on him, the bid came back at just under $1.3M (admittedly there were some optional additions included that would have reduced the price by circa $150k if removed) however the bid was still $500k over all of his estimates. We now have a set of plans that we paid $12.5k for that are useless as most of the items we designed were based on the pricing advice of Dale coming in at circa $650k. They will have to be re-done by a real builder. DRC pretends to be a one-stop-shop with all trades on staff, however, they work out of their house and rely upon outside trades to do all the work.

It seems like DRC are a “mom and pop” outfit that are playing outside their lane. They need to keep putting up garden sheds and leave the real building to professionals. Do yourself a favour, KEEP LOOKING!

Five40 Remodeling did a great job adding a new master bathroom and adding a new front porch on the front of our previous house. They were courteous and on time and flexible to design changes. Management was responsive.

I had seen a home Ernesto had done and thought it was terrific. The house conveyed the feeling I desired to achieve with mine. He provided me with several options for layouts for my new home and more importantly, explained why he thought what would work best. He was very helpful in scale, in selecting fabrics and furniture, and paint colors. He was right every time. The trades he used were also excellent-the quality was impressive and they were reasonably priced. I was happy with everything. I would recommend Ernesto without hesitation, and would use him again when I need a designer. He cares about you as a person, and what you are trying to achieve so that you are comfortable in your home. He is fun to work with, and I think he is incredibly qualified. He deserves all of the accolades he is presently getting.

We vetted multiple remodeling companies before we selected McCurdy Construction- and SO GLAD WE DID. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience than working with the amazing & talented group like this company. This was a total remodel of our 20 year old Master Bath! From the very beginning, Mike, Leyda, Greg and their team were Open, Creative, innovative AND Patient with all our questions and requests ! No matter the point of the project- at the end of the day, you could eat off the floor. Their customer service is one of best we have ever experienced! Each of member of the crew put our concerns and needs at the top of their list-making sure that everything expected was in place – and more! The high quality of the products matched their customer service! The schedule was paced on our timeline and on the mark from beginning to end.
