Nick did our floor level survey of our house for our future foundation repair. He was kind and professional. We have a small house with a lot of kids and he was very patient with them wanting to know what he was doing. He even took the time to explain how his tools worked which they loved.

I had them pour me a new slab for an 18x20 shed. They were up to date on the code and permits in Scottsdale which made it a smooth process.

Az premier concrete was wonderful to work with. They extended our driveway and I couldn't be happier with the work that was completed. Very professional and reliable. We will be using them again!

I hired Valleywide to demolish a house. They arrived on time, were very resourceful, and did an excellent job. I would be very happy to hire them again.

Rose Paving did a great job repairing, sealcoating and striping our parking lot for the right price. Clint and Derek took care of us and were instrumental in making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Highly recommended.

Communication was great from the 1st call and bid throughout the entire job. The crew was fast, efficient and did excellent work. They removed all debris and forms at the end of the job.

My wife and I own a 53 year old house here in Phoenix and as one can imagine, the driveway, garage and back patio concrete slabs were looking a tad beat up (cracks, gouges, stains, etc.). We decided it was high time to do something before it got too bad and the only option was new concrete. Did a quick Google search and Sun Valley Concrete Coatings caught my eye.

Contacted them and they responded very quickly and within a day or two, Rene was on premise and supplied us with a very reasonable quote to which we quickly agreed to (I normally get three quotes for such a major home project, but I went with my gut that was telling me Rene with Sun Valley is the way to go). They put us down for a three day work schedule a week or so out and BOOM, Rene and his crew were on-site, on-time as expected and got right to it with no messing around (they got ‘er done in two days)!

The results DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how it rejuvenated our old driveway, garage and back patio whilst significantly improving the overall “curb appeal” of the house (it no doubt has increased the overall value of the property). Rene was very responsive to any questions or concerns that we had, and we had NO COMPLAINTS whatsoever. If you’re looking to preserve and beautify the concrete around your home, based on our experience, my wife and I simply cannot recommend Sun Valley Concrete Coatings enough. I never hesitate to refer Ignacio to clients and friends as they are always pleased with the results. If you are looking for quality work at reasonable pricing give him a call.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I requested a quote on Tuesday. They sent a guy out Wednesday morning who told me I would get the quote later that afternoon or Thursday at the latest. It's now Friday evening and no quote. When I called to ask for an update, the lady i think he name was Candy was rude and disrespectful. My sister then called to get a quote for her house, but the lady automatically assumed she was calling to check on my quote and was rude to my sister. She didn't let her finish saying that she was looking for a quote and cut her off and said, I already told your sister the quote is on the owners desk. A respectful customer service person would have let her finish and realized she was not calling to follow up on my quote; she was trying to get a quote of her own.

Watch out for these guys on the road they drive like maniacs especially the guy in the black truck. He tailgated me all the way down the I17 during rush hour in the carpool lane with my kid. I was going as fast as i could, 80 mph wasnt fast enough for him. Move over and save yourself and others.

I had these guys put 125' of curbing in my front yard while I was at work. For the most part it looked pretty good. Its not the best quality concrete mix out there but I'm thinking it will hold up. The first thing I noticed when I got home was a good sized lump right in the middle of my front yard. I contacted them and was told they charge more for any prep work and that their machine will follow the ground. I then told him that if I was contacted telling me there would be a lump in my yard I would have paid to have them take 3 minutes to level out the roughly 2-3 feet of uneven ground. They would not come back to fix it without charging me more which I understand but what I don't understand is it could have taken a 20 second phone call or text to let me know and very easily taken care of.
