We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

Refaced two tub/shower enclosures in 2 bathrooms. 2nd home we have used their business. Great job, looks brand new. Steve was our tech. Great guy, on time, made some bad spots disappear.

I highly recommend XLT. From the beginning, they responded promptly to my request for an estimate. I was very pleased with my choices for tile, granite, and fixtures. The work was completed in a timely manner and all of my questions were answered completely and in a timely manner. Leonel was easy to work with, which was appreciated since I had never done a remodel before. I am hoping to use XLT again in the very near future.

Ken and his guys at Acuity took fantastic care of us after we had some water damage to our home. The reclamation company did more damage than the original flooding, so by the time Acuity got to us, we were already beyond stressed. Ken took the time to understand our needs, worked with the settlement from our insurance, and put our home back together beautifully. We couldn't be happier with our bathroom remodel from Retro Pro. From the initial consultation all the way through the construction, the whole experience was very positive. We were particularly impressed with the workmanship. Quality work through and through. Omar and his crew were always here on time and worked very hard to keep the the construction mess to a minimum. He kept us informed of the progress and what to expect each day. He was a pleasure to work with. The finished project was outstanding and we'd highly recommend them!

They did my kitchen two years ago.These guys are absolute professionals. The owner and his head guy are very hands-on, and know how a project is supposed to go together. Their knowledge is both broad and deep, as is their technical skill.
Plus, they listened to me, both before and during my renovation, and addressed all my questions and concerns. They also had a number of suggestions that I hadn't considered, some of which we incorporated during construction.
Just spoke with Robert regarding an addition I'm considering. Hoping to have the crew back on site this coming spring!

We had our hallway bathroom shower/tub replaced and loved the outcome. Went with the subway style walls and waterfall shower head. So happy with the results. Same with the master bathroom which we had the tub/shower replaced with a walk in shower. They were on time, knowledgable, and quick! Would recommend
