Remodeling with Phoenix Home Remodeling was AMAZING! We completely remodeled the second level of our home: master bathroom, guest bathroom all flooring on the second level including a dual staircase. From the ease of scheduling the initial appointment to the final walk through each step of the way exceeded our expectations!! Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend were a pleasure to work with. Their dedication and attention to detail, scheduling of each part of the remodel and the the quality of work completed was exactly as promised. Home remodel projects can get off track with problems or issues and we were pleased that our whole remodel was right on track or completed earlier than expected. We were always informed of any slight change of plan and the communication through the whole process was outstanding. Thank you Jeremy, Mark, Ben and Townsend! We LOVE our new home! Giving 3 stars for the estimate experience I had today. I have a very very small bathroom that needs to be remodeled. I have had a few other contractors come out to give me quotes. All quotes lived in the $10,000.00 or less zone. Steve quoted me $45,000.00 plus $2000.00 redesign plan. I was shocked and explained that we would not be spending anything near that amount.
I wish I would have been told over the phone before taking the time to work from home that they are a very high budget contract company so we would not have wasted my time or their time. I would never pay 4x the quoted amount from others let alone have them come out to quote me that. I recommend informing potential customers over the phone ahead of time in the future.

I have to admit that I had some anxiety about redoing our master bathroom. Those fears were alliviated by the great customer service we received from Re-Bath. Kevin, our project designer, came up with solutions to the unique challenges of our bathroom. He was responsive to our questions when they arose. Aaron, our project technician, did an amazing job with our bath to shower conversion. His excellent work ethic, professionalism, and friendly attitude were outstanding! He also kept us informed about each stage of the process. I appreciated that everyone that was a part of the process was on the Group Me app. It was a great way to communicate throughout the process.

Sent a request for a shower rennovation quote on their website. A few days later I get an email telling me they only work in the north valley, citing east valley cities they wont do work like Gilbert, Mesa, etc. I respond with my location in the west valley-not sure if I’m “north” enough for them but either way I expected at least the courtesy of a response of either they wont work in my area or they will. A week later, still no response. Also, when they first responded they said their first opportunity for a quote would be Feb 20, 3 weeks out from my request. I guess they don’t need the work. Wouldn’t hire them now just for being rude and unprofessional.

Bought this home over a 11 years ago. Shoddy work was done as a fix and flip. No moisture barrier for shower and there was a lot of water damage. Researched companies and found Az BathMasters. Had good reviews and BBB rating. Shower is now beautiful. All fixtures replaced, including light kit (blingy one). Not what I would have normally picked, (went out of my comfort zone, lol) Quartz countertop also put in. All came together nicely. Changed color scheme and looks nice. Now thinking of different tiles on bathroom floor ??

Their work was completed on time. They used real craftsmen. I'm very picky and these people did a perfect job. I couldn't be more satisfied. Buy the way what they did for us wasn't just some run of the mill job.

Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

We made an appointment for the estimate on a Friday . Had to call to see why the had shown up. They never scheduled my estimate ! Don’t waste your time like I did and call someone else.

The firm is excellent in every aspect of the business. The owner, Neil, is hands on and it shows in the quality of the work and the responsiveness of the staff. Each person we interacted with was excellent. No task was too great, no request was unmet. We were able to visit the shop on multiple occasions to ask questions and even to see the work in progress. We presented them with a tough job but everyone looked upon it as a welcome challenge and not a burden. We highly recommend Designer Remodeling and you will be totally satisfied if you use them. Our result is exceptional.

The company just finished repair work at my house and did an excellent job. Steve is very professional and the quote was right on, with it actually coming in at a lower cost than anticipated. I highly recommend Sun Country Renovations.

Extremely poorly managed company.
Lack of communication with customer and contractors was highly frustrating.
Never knew who was coming the next day. Contractors just showed up and many times needed us to tell them what was expected.
Jessika was overwhelmed and struggled daily to hold her company together.
Project lasted 3 times longer than planned and one excuse after another from Jessika was a weekly occurrence.
Rambling text messages from Jessika often made us feel she was under the influence of something.
We became project managers of our remodel because no one played that role.
The work of contractors was good but was far outweighed by the poorly managed owner.
Office manager didn’t have a handle on projects.

Never again with Planet Remodel.
