We have been using Arizona Cleaning for the past few years and we are extremely happy with their service and performance. They do an excellent job cleaning the house and I always feel like it is cleaner and neater than I could have made it by myself. We have two large dogs in the house so the pet hair and dust and general mess is significant but it always looks perfect when they're done. More importantly, they have taken the time to get to know my dogs so I don't have to worry on days when I can't be home while they are working!

I love that they show up on time and use professional equipment and products, which is not always the case with house cleaners. They have recently added some new employees and I was happy to see that their new people showed up well trained, in uniform, and ready to go! Every employee I have interfaced with (including the owner) has been willing to take instruction and accommodate our needs. We had one hidden trash can that they weren't emptying because they didn't know it was there; I pointed it out one time and they have emptied it every visit since then.

When they first started working for us they made it a point to explain all their policies about what they will and will not clean so that my expectations were set correctly, and that's something that I appreciate very much.

Bottom line: I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough, well mannered, professional cleaning company in the greater Phoenix area.

We have used De La Rosa House Cleaning For a little over 8 months now and we are very happy with them. They are reasonably priced, excellent at communication and very accommodating with scheduling. We initially had a deep clean and now use them bi-weekly. The team that comes is always very thorough and efficient with time. I’ve tried many cleaning companies throughout the years and De La Rosa has been by far the best!

After a year of being shut-in/down, our house needed a deep clean. We had an amazing tech, Angela, who came SAME DAY to do the initial deep clean (5 hours!). We are scheduled for 1x month going forward and we won't be happy if we don't see Angela who does quality work! Thanks everyone @Dirt Busters who helped us make this happen. Horrible. Two people were supposed to come and do extra construction clean up. Only one came and couldn't begin to do what was needed. She had already done another house that was larger than she was told and she was tired. I wouldn't use them again.
