From the inception of having the salesperson to the house. The discussion we had with him was personable, comfortable and informative. There was no pressure whatsoever. My wife and I usually do not make hasty decisions in the sense we thoroughly research what we want or like or don't like or don't want. After discussing with the Jacuzzi salesperson it was obvious to work with them. This was not a hasty decision as we had researched other options, but we were concerned with having a guarantee of the work completed. Jacuzzi offers a lifetime guarantee of their products and installation. Check the first box.The communication from their office to keep me updated on product arrivals to their location to finalizing the install date was fantastic. I must have received 5 to 6 calls keeping me informed in an 8 week period. Check the second box.The installers arrived on time, were neat, clean and very respectful of our home. Check the third box.The installers explained their work prior to beginning and then walked us through the post implementation along with showing us the water fixtures we had installed. The fourth box is now checked.Last but not least, the installers were friendly, personable and in this case, Corey and Dom were great to work with as they clearly explained everything. I am a hard person to appease, but Jacuzzi, from the onset of the salesperson to after the installation, did an outstanding job. My family is very pleased with the outcome and products. This company is amazing!! I had my shower leaking and caused damage to the drywall. Derek's team fixed the problem and installed a beautiful tile shower. They were very professional and priced very fair. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

We had Optum home solutions remove and replace the windows in our home. Their installer’s Drake and Chase were very professional and did a fantastic job.

Wow. I can't say enough about this company and their employees. From the very first meeting I knew my research had paid off. Eric and Angela helped me pick out details and style when I was unsure but were never pushy. They were also incredibly accommodating with my crazy work schedule. Steve the project manager was great and I always had him as a point of contact if I had any questions. And Oscar and Blake were incredible workers. They let me know every day when they were on their way and when they had left. And they cleaned after every single day. If I ever move or need another remodel they will be my first call. After working with other remodel companies and big box stores, I learned my lesson the hard way...Retro Pro is the way to go!! Do yourself a favor and call them. You won't regret it!

Keith and his team are the best you can get. I bought slabs and when Keith’s team saw a potential problem instead of just cutting the slabs I purchased they raised their concern to us and we were able to find different slabs. Our kitchen countertops are absolutely gorgeous and we could not be happier. Thank you Keith and team for an amazing job!

Got a walk-in shower for my grandparents who have had the same original bath since they purchased their home back in 1987. The installers were professional and the work was beautiful, what a change and for the best. My sister and I loved their bath so much we decided to upgrade ours which is getting put in next week.
