A basic professional that is knowledgeable, expert and also terrific to work with! Remodeling a cooking area is such a huge bargain that we put it off for quite time. The planning was really extensive. We had a terrific exchange of suggestions to ultimately develop the style and products we wanted and the end result shows it. Lon has done two major projects at our house at different times. They completely remodeled our master bath and a year later replaced all of our flooring with wood-look porcelain tile. Lon's designs are amazing and the master bath and flooring are absolutely beautiful. Lon gives attention to every detail and added small things we never thought of and couldn't imagine doing any other way. We feel like we have a much bigger and more beautiful home. The workmanship is incredible. Lon expects and gets great work from a talented team of workmen. His assistant Peg is on top of every detail, and the communication is excellent. Communication is really important in massive remodels. We have recommended Shower and Bath to our friends and neighbors and wouldn't hesitate to have them do more work.

The tub and tile surround in our rental property was old and outdated, so we called Bathtubs Revived of Phoenix for a refinishing quote. Colleen gave us a cost estimate over the phone, and we scheduled a date for them to reglaze everything. They were prompt, professional, and made our bathtub look brand new again!

I first contacted Emily while i was shopping for furniture on the living spaces instagram! I reached out to her not knowing what to expect since it was my first home ! I wanted it to be my amazing dream home but was having a hard time really making my vision come to life. I had purchased a few items and wasnt feeling like i was going in the right direction. Emily was very informative and talked me through the entire process. She provided me two boards that were amazing!!! I decided on one and went on with the process she was very quick with the purchase list and i just loved it all! Then covid hit ! It has now been about 3 months since i contacted her and although im still waiting on some pieces( nothing to do with her at all just with covid and the delayed shipping) she continues to stay in touch and i love that! She really cares for her work and design and ensures im doing ok ! Eventhough she provided everything you would thinj her job was done but not at all! The Ledezmas did a great job installing our travertine tile with amazing 1/
16th inch grout lines and very little lippage. They are very hard workers and got the job done quickly with great workmanship. They are a family working together, not just some random employees. We are very pleased!

Nightmare! My salesman did not know what he was doing. Measured kitchen completely wrong. My installers complained to me that a one day job took 4 1/2 days. This company makes you pay all up front, so I have no recourse. I am still waiting on glass cabinet doors and cabinet hardware which I paid for in March. And my counter… see picture below. A big black spot right in the middle. No one at the company will respond to my concerns. Silence from the company. I am beyond frustrated.
