Kitchen Renovation Project - Communication was the key as we worked through the surprises and challenges that came up as we progressed through the project. Bobby was there on most days especially when he needed to step in and communicate necessary changes to get the job done properly to our satisfaction. There are many moving parts in construction. What you plan to do today may have some challenges on application and scheduled deliveries which can be out of your project manager’s control. Bobby is sure to update you on any issues so that you are not left scratching your head. He is prompt to return phone calls. At the end, I am quite pleased at the outcome of the build. Hired Axis Interiors to come to my glendale house and do some kitchen remodel and put in some bathroom counters and bathroom cabinets for I was going to rent the house out. They came out to the house and put in new cabinets for both the bathroom and kitchen put a very beautiful counter in the bathroom. Did a very good and professional job my house looks a lot better and its ready for me to rent out. CR Home Remodel build two outdoor Kitchens in two different location for me, painted interior of house, repair plumbing, installed tile floor, remodeled master bath cabinets, and other small jobs. All work was done professionally and at a reasonable price.

Megan is amazing at what she does. I never thought about investing in interior design services before, even though I have no idea what I’m doing. But when we had a nightmare insurance claim remodel at our home in Phoenix, I reached out to Megan and she made so many stressful decisions easy for us. We also have an open floor plan which makes design overwhelming. But now after using Megan for all our spaces, our home is more beautiful than I’d ever imagine and functional in new ways for us and our family. I also had no idea what “style” I was , and Megan worked with us to uncover a style we love. I’m so grateful we made the investment with Megan. She goes above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything and often did site visits to guide us with implementing her design.

Went through home depot to get cabinets and countertops. Counterop installers were great. This company is something else. I get it with the delays of covid and supply chain but the customer service and delays have been nothing I have ever experienced. If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible. I have left voicemail after voicemail and have talked to individuals who have told me different stories, etc. This has gone on for over a month. I get a complete run around from the employees not only in Nevada but here in Arizona on where my countertops are and have had story after story. Stay away from this company. And I am still waiting for the countertops to be installed currently as I am writing this. Overall 2 thumbs down and can't believe a company like this is still in business.

I received an estimate from Metro Builders to replace a fence that was knocked over during a monsoon. I filed a claim with my insurance company with the estimate that was paid out. Metro Builders then sent me a formal contract which I signed and executed. I had to chase them down to get them to come out and measure. Right before they started, they told me that they miscalculated and needed an extra 20% and wouldn’t honor my signed contract. Clearly lack attention to detail and wouldn’t honor the executed agreement. After that, needed to restart the process with a new contractor.
