Legacy and the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek did a fantastic job on the remodel of our master bath, bedroom and Panoramic doors in our great room. Jeremy incorporated everything we were hoping for in his plans. Debbie's eye for what works together is spot on. We thought we had everything picked out and unbeknownst to us she sought out 2 different tiles to compliment the wall tile in the shower, presented it to us and it was a WOW moment. Derek was fantastic coordinating all the subs, was on site every day himself, and kept us informed daily about who would be working and what time they would arrive. His communication with us was greatly appreciated. We would use them again and recommend Legacy with the team of Jeremy, Debbie and Derek to everyone.

Steve and his team renovated our 1950s Arcadia Lite home this summer. We met with nearly 10 contractors to get quotes and Steve's pricing and schedule were in line with or better than most but we went with Steve based on the comfort level we had with him after our first meeting. Steve asks all the right questions and provided suggestions and inputs that made our project so much better. Our work included removing multiple load bearing walls and installing beams in our ceiling and support footers; associated drywall work and some additional drywall work; installation of all new flooring and baseboards; retexturizing of the entire great room ceiling; movement of electrical switches and outlets and installation of new recessed lighting and chandeliers/fixtures; plumbing in our laundry room; addition of a tankless water heater and the associated electrical work; removal of microwave and cabinetry and replacement with a range hood and accent backsplash in the kitchen; and the addition of an island in our kitchen. Steve was a great communicator and the only reason the project took longer and cost more than originally quoted was because of work scope we added. In fact, Steve offset some of that increased cost with cost reductions in other areas. We couldn't be happier with the results and when we complete additional renovations over time in our home we will contact Sun Country Renovations without question.

Kelley and his crew were fantastic. When I first heard about them I was only in the area for a few days and they made time to come meet with me at a property that I was looking at purchasing for my son, who is in a wheelchair, to live in. They not only worked with my schedule but sent me a bid the next day! That property fell through but when the next one came up Kelley met our realtor and son at the property and again got me a bid in record time. They remolded the bathroom to make it full accessible, took out some walls and obstacles in the kitchen to make it very functional for my son, and added ramps to the exterior doors that you do not realize are there. All of the work was top quality and they finished way ahead of schedule. Finally, when it was almost time for my son to move in we realized hat we had forgotten a very important grab bar. Kelley got it ordered and installed before he moved in. I would highly endorse them!!!

On time & professional installation.

A great family run business! Robert worked with us on two rooms, including flooring and drywall work. He was responsive and hard working, communicating regularly and finished the work faster than he originally projected. Of all the contractors we spoke with, his pricing was the fairest and, by far, the quality of work was above and beyond our expectations. We would readily use West Haven Builders again and highly recommend them.

Everybody that came to the house was very professional. I have used them for several projects. At this point they installed my countertops, did my flooring and my bathroom countertops as well. I have a couple more projects for them as well. They gave me a deadline and completed it on time. Very happy with the work they did for me.

We love our new LTV floor that Trevor installed for us. Our whole house feels updated after getting the worn out carpeting out of there. He did a wonderful job transitioning up to our existing tile and he completed the job exactly as promised. We would highly recommend him and will use him again.

Juan and his team are great! I had 5 teams come over to my new house for estimates. Juan carefully listened to me and gave me lots of creative ideas to fulfill my vision under my budget. His estimate was very reasonable and he didn't ask additional while the project was underway.

He could start the work right away, which was a huge plus.

Unexpected things do happen during remodels and so did my case. But Juan took care of them without additional cost. His team also made sure to finish up all small details until I am satisfied.

Juan is a man of responsibility and integrity. I am happy with the result of my 3800sq ft house. A friend of mine also hired G&C after looking at my house and she is happy as well!

Luxury Bath took my tub out and put a shower that i love. The workers did a great job cleaned up. The price was good. I will have them do my master next. There was a waiting period but i was informed of that up front. Couldnt be more Happy

When Republic West remodeled my master bathroom, I was spoiled but did not fully appreciate it until I employed a landscape contractor to remodel my outside patios. The latter never gave a specific schedule or followed the original timeline, dragging a two-week job into five weeks. So, when I decided to remodel my kitchen, laundry and second bathroom all at once, I was eager to select Republic West again. I even requested the same team of designers, project manager and sub-contractors. Further, I trusted them so much that I was deliberately out of town for the first two weeks to avoid the demo process.

Steve’s attention to detail in project design meant that as the cabinets were put in place, they not only fit the space but my expectations and needs. One of the joys of renovation is including new, practical kitchen innovations. His recommendations are the highlights of my new workspace. Designer Kathy understood my overall goals and décor style, guiding my choices toward the desired aesthetic. Republic West gives full disclosure of job details and responsibilities so that clients understand the financial realities as well as the detailed specs. Those are onsite throughout the process, facilitating transparency throughout this dynamic process. Watching the project develop from concept on paper to reality was an instructive process.

Knowing that this project would disrupt my life more than a single bathroom, it was important to me to have assurance that the process would be as interactive as possible. RW gave that to me in spades. Remodeling the most essential hub of a home tests one’s ability to anticipate and problem-solve through the short term displacement of food preparation space and laundry. Before the project began, RW worked with me to set up an alternate food station to ease that challenge. They also reconnected the washer/dryer between the demo and laying of the tile. From design to the final walkthrough, Garth, the project manager, kept me informed, allowing me to anticipate decision points, and was proactive throughout the process.

All of the subcontractors were courteous and respectful of my privacy and property. Those who work for Republic West are efficient experts who are also artists. Slobo and his team laid the tile so I always had a path for entry to the house and rooms. Further, he was especially creative with the transition between the tile and wood floor, giving me the smooth, contemporary look that I wanted. When one cabinet did not meet my criteria, Steve adapted it until I got all the space and access I needed.

With any project, there are a few glitches, unforeseen delays and potential cost overruns. You have to go into renovation with specific goals in mind, and, more importantly, patience, flexibility and a generous spirit. Most of that is to help you understand the true complexity of this kind of work and to teach you to cope with your tolerance for dust, disruption of your space, and impatience to cross the finish line. Take pictures every week so you can evaluate just how much progress has been made. Enjoy the process. When you are done, have a big party to show off your new home that reflects your personality.

Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

He stands behind his one of a kind product, with many choices to choose from. The surfaces and shower walls are so easy to keep clean, at an affordable price.
I just moved into a nice house, however, both bathrooms have shower curtains. So, when the time comes, I will be calling Silverado Bath and Remodel!!!
