I worked with Joe Metry from beginning to end. He was very helpful with design ideas and started the job on time. The products are beautiful, the work is great and I am pleased with the outcome. The job took longer than expected but I feel it was mostly due to having difficulty getting the supplies needed. Joe was always responsive to my inquiries and I would use them again.

I had my shower base and tub repaired and refinished. The before and after is unbelievable. Knowing this is possible is a game changer for other projects. I also had two sinks with cracks repaired. I would’ve had to replace a two sink/countertop vanity in my master bathroom had I not found Miracle Method.

The worker did a great job on replacing 3 broken tiles. He took his time to make sure that the work was done correctly and to make sure that no additional tiles were damaged. Highly recommend handyman connection for anyone’s handyman needs.

We had our kitchen and back porch remodeled and tile throughout the house.
Kym, our designer, was meticulous with details and keeping us at our budget.
The project manager, Kent, was very good at planning and scheduling (materials and people).
We had one detail about our porch that was not on the plan. Kent listened and resolved the issue.
Martin was our lead man and did most of the work. He is the best that we have encountered (I was in construction for 15 years). His ability to do every aspect of construction from framing to finish work was outstanding. We were living at our house while the work was being done. Martin made sure we had access to at least one of our bathrooms. He cleaned every day and covered and protected our things while he was working.
Casey, Carlos did a great job on the difficult tile we chose. The electrician (who's name we don't recall) and the guys that delivered and helped with demo, William and Alec were very professional, timely and careful.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion. Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room , replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener. They did another phenomenal job.

I contracted with Granite Transformations to put a new kitchen countertop and backsplash in my kitchen. Two men came to do the installation. When they put the countertop together the seam was very obvious and not at all done well. The backsplash had been assembled improperly at the factory so it was going horizontally when it should’ve been going vertically. The installation is so bad that it is disgusting. One of the supervisors came by to look at it and he was astonished at how poorly it was done. The installation was never completed I have raw plaster showing. I have tried calling the company and have received no response at all. Since then I have heard that not only were the two men let go but also the supervisor is no longer working there. I am very frustrated.

We had our kitchen remodeled and are very pleased with the results. Everyone was very professional from beginning to end. The showroom had plenty of options to choose from in all price ranges. Bruce was very helpful in making our selections. His experience helped us avoid making any decisions that we might have regretted. The only frustrating experience was the amount of time we had to wait to begin the project, but that could not be helped due to Covid. Once the project began it was done in a timely manner. Kent was very helpful in keeping me informed on what was to be done each day. All the workers were professional and made sure there was no mess left at the end of the day. We are very pleased with the results, it’s exactly how I had envisioned it. I highly recommend this business to anyone wanting to change and update their kitchen.
