Phoenix Home Remodel just completed our Master Bathroom remodel and we could not be happier with everything that they did and how they do it. They have a process all set up so you are kept in the loop for the entire remodel. And they will not start the remodel until all components are ordered and received which makes for a really smooth and quick remodel once they start. Rodrigo was our designer and was super helpful in picking out fixtures and providing many choices and advice. Ben and Mark were our project managers and were always very responsive and always let us know when they would arrive and what they would be doing and kept project running smoothly. Lupe did a great job on the tile work and you can tell he is very good at everything tile. Scott did a great job installing the shiplap. And Roy did a great job with the cabinets. I would highly recommend Phoenix Home Remodeling and look forward to using them again when we do our guest bathroom.

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

It was pleasure doing business with PJH Construction. The part owner - Andrew Thruston came out and knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for. From the start of the project (building office/den and featured wall in great room) which the assigned project manager was Jeff and was delivering excellent results with his crew: Alex, Robert, Fernando and Giovanni. In addition, Jose who worked on the featured wall in great room which came out PERFECT! From the beginning Ricardo was awesome. Really honest and upfront about our roofing project. I quoted four other valley roofing and remodeling companies and Graco’s product was the same and their price was really competitive. Went with them and are really happy with the result of the work and the customer service. Day before work was scheduled it rained and our roof finally started leaking, called Ricardo and he came out same day, covered it with a tarp (while it was raining) and he also went into the attic to check it out. Next day work was started and finished in two days. Excellent crew, solid work. Thank you Graco!

They really went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied with the end product, including making numerous changes to the original plan, and really working with us as the plan developed. All work was high quality yet keeping to our budget, we used them to remodel our guest casita but want to keep them on for numerous projects on our main home! Excellent work!

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

The remodeling of our shower was an absolute nightmare with RWR. It was supposed to take 2-3 weeks but took over 2 months due to lack of communication and poor craftsmanship. After leaving 3 messages asking to speak to a supervisor we got a call back from the accountant. While he was very nice it wasn't his job to handle escalated issues. They say they are about customer service and making the process stress free but it was quite the opposite experience. We did a lot of the leg work and dealt with a complete lack of professionalism throughout the process. We heard a lot of apologies along the way but in the end there are still craftsmanship issues we simply have to live with. We spent way too much money to deal with what we did. Would definitely NOT recommend!!

I have used matador construction for 2 large home remodeling jobs, at my current home and my previous home. They are the only company I have used more than once; the only company I would refer friends to; and the only company I would use again! They were respectful of my time and my budget. Also, Ruben always had great ideas but didn’t push me in one direction or another.
