Erika and her team remodeled our house in north Scottsdale. She was always on time, offered design input when needed, and managed the project even while I was remote. Her team worked hard, finished in the proper timeline and were within the budget we discussed. What more could you ask for?!! Definitely would recommend and use again!

Do not use this company for anything they are stating they can do! The owner is a liar and when comes for estimates doesn't disclose everything and when the job is done and you start to have questions he will say that he has explain everything (because he does this for 30 years even though he is in business for less, check his business and claims with ROC) and he will request for more money. Since end of August our kitchen is still missing items and unfinished. I would not trust them!

I've worked with many refinishing companies over the years, but Pro Bathtub Refinishing of Phoenix is my favorite! They are trustworthy, professional, deliver high quality work, and provide amazing customer service. They make sure that the work/service is done correctly and to our satisfaction before they leave. My husband, mother in law and myself absolutely love all of the features and the benefits of what this luxurious bathtub has to offer. I thank Lisa and Joe for their amazing customer service. Danny has skin cancer, mother in law is 82 and me after a long day at work, well we are all enjoying the jets. There is only one set back and I need a bigger water tank. I like my water hot. I only have a standard size tank.

My shower went from functional and ok to WOW in 2 days! Installer was on time, super friendly and unlike so many contractors, cleaned up between day 1 and day 2 and left our home clean when he left. The service and product are truly superior. I highly recommend Home Concepts!!

Paul was great! We worked with Neoteric Builders to remodel a kitchen in a home we recently purchased. He is trustworthy, his prices were fair, he was knowledgeable, and responsive, and worked quickly. He left the job site clean and he worked with us to give us the kitchen of our dreams. We have used Orange Cactus Remodeling for the past year and a half. We have used them to help our customers that have suffered drywall damage due to water leaks from a blocked drain line in the hvac system. Shane and his team have always been quick to respond, reasonably priced and most importantly - our customers have been very happy with their work. Had them out for 2 bids on different projects
1st bid- kitchen, came in 8k below other vendors but had limited cabinet selection so we opted elsewhere. Salesman was very nice

2nd bid- extension to home, asked for same salesman and was told he no longer worked there, no big deal, send the next guy. New guy shows up, asks lots of questions about the project and asks where budget needs to be. I give him a range and he leaves. Calls me that afternoon and refuses to give me the price over the phone, insists we meet in person. Arrives at 630am instead of 7 (called me at 615 to tell me he would be early). Shows up with a bid that is 23k above what I told him I needed to be at to even consider the job.

Keeps asking me what would it take to get the work after I tell him that's not affordable and we already had a better bid. Salesman then insists on questioning the other contractor and his qualifications rather than re-examining his numbers. Finally, he leaves (no mask on during either visits during the peak of COVID).

Calls me later to tell me him and the boss accidentally added a fee 2x and would now be 8k cheaper, but still over by 15k. Still not interested. His boss calls immediately after and leaves a voicemail asking for a run down of the other contractors bid because it's bizarre someone is cheaper.

Didn't hire them for either project and ended up blocking the salesman because he wouldn't take no for an answer.

Leaving 2 stars because the first experience was great and price was competitive.

I have worked with 123 remodeling to renovate both bathrooms in my second house in Phoenix , and we couldn’t be happier. My wife, my kids and I all feel like we live in a hotel room now!! :) 123 remodeling are genuinely a team of honest good people that bring amazing results. Thank you guys!

Silverado was great! They tore out two of our 20 year old fiberglass tubs and put in two walk in showers. We also had the vanities replaced and everything came out perfect. We love our new showers. Troy and his crew were fantastic.

Needed some quick work done to get our school ready to roll for the new year, Eric was a great out of the box problem solver and amazing implementing his money saving design

Not happy with a tub. The jet tub installed looks like it has dirt ring around it. The floor of the tub is squishy. Not installed properly. Second bathroom looks like there is rust spots forming under the shower door rail. After less than 1 month.

Expensive and seriously poor work.
