My wife and I would like to express our appreciation to John and his crew at Allure Bathroom Remodeling for the work done on our master bathroom. The remodeling included the conversion of a bathtub to the shower, installation of a new toilet, medicine cabinet,vanity top and faucet‘s. The demolition was done professionally with an absolute minimum of disruption and mess. The guys are really neat. Michael and Sean were professional and added many personal touches to the work being done. The project came in on budget and was done within the time promised. We give Allure and their staff five stars for a job well done. We would highly recommend them to you if you’re considering a bathroom remodel. My wife and I did a lot of research collecting and formulating in advance our goals for our kitchen remodel. Steve Shinn and Aaron Thomas were extremely professional in every phase of the project. Our 1981 semi-custom home in Tempe was not an open floorplan by design. Steve listened and looked at all our research and together we came up with solutions that met our expectations and budget. Steve applied the classic work space triangle concept that is the cornerstone to making our new kitchen chef friendly. He included some extras like the pull out vertical pantry cabinets, deep appliance drawer cabinets and two waist-high spice drawers that are all utilized daily. Soffits were removed to allow full height upper cabinets greatly expanding cabinet capacities.

We wanted the warm look and feel of wood cabinetry. In particular we liked the minimum reveal look associated with modern European style cabinets. Steve did trade-off comparisons for us on locally crafted vs factory cabinets from the east coast. The local source worked out well as some unplanned adjustments were quickly crafted with little delay to the project.

We further challenged Steve with our lighting and power requirements. We have zoned ceiling lighting with small LED can lights as LED's were then becoming reasonably priced. All the appliance power outlets are hidden under the cabinets and under the granite breakfast bar. This solution allowed for a plug free stainless steel continuous backsplash with under cabinet mounted LED lighting.

In summary: Our experience using Homework Remodels was beyond our expectations. They should be high on your list to talk to and see if they can be the solution you have been looking for your remodel.

Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeler phoenix is the most comfortable to work with clients. It looked fair and accomplished at a reasonable price when everything was complete.

I had to decided to get a lot of work done on my home all at once. After trying to coordinate several different contractors with various failed results a friend suggested I try a general contractor. I met with several and no one seemed really interested until I met with Mike at Crafted Remodeling. Not only did he seem excited about my project, he was constantly in contact with me to make sure I was completely comfortable with the contract before I signed it and gave him the deposit.

During the work process, communication was open. Nothing happened without my approval. All of Mike's subcontractors that I interacted with were incredibly professional and really worked hard to make sure I got what I wanted. There was one or two times where my vision didn't quite match code or what was physically possible but everyone worked with me to come up with ideas that were satisfying to all of us.

The quality of the work itself is outstanding and I'm in love with my new home and yard. Mike and his team really went above and beyond, even touching up little spots that were near work areas but not included in the contract. I won't hesitate to use them again and I wholeheartedly recommend them to others.

Our experience with Just Remodel! was fantastic. Don was amazing and helped us through every aspect of our Master Bathroom remodel. He was so accommodating with everything whether it was giving us advice on finishings or cost concerns, they were always on time and communicated their schedule to us every day. They were also super conscientious about taking care of our home and our dogs. We heard so many horror stories about hiring a contractor, but Don was just a dream. and the work his craftsman, Mike, did on our bathroom is just unbelievable. I needed help with a damaged cultured marble shower surround. Scotty was awesome. He had the correct material on hand and his price was very fair. Will definitely look to AZ BathMasters for future projects!

We hired Holtzman to renovate the entire exterior of our home. We changed our stucco from textured to smooth, renovated two exterior balconies, added a metal/cable railing on each balcony, new front door, new garage door, demo’d old concrete and replaced with it pavers, replaced a side gate with a metal one, repaired wooden fascia along the trim, and painted. All of this was completed before the 6 week timeline they gave us. Rob was our contractor and did an awesome job at keeping us informed with what was happening and when. All of the people that came to work on our house were outstanding and professional. The exterior of our house now looks like a brand new build! We were so impressed with their work, we already hired them to renovate our master bathroom next. I highly recommend them to other people and plan to continue to use them for future projects.

Working with TWD was so great, they were professional, communicative, and the estimate process was easy. They repaired several holes in our ceiling and walls and repainted our entire ceiling, they did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

A couple years ago a friend gave me a recommendation for a contractor she used as I was getting ready to do a big remodel of our master bathroom & bedroom. I called and Ross promptly called me back. He told me he would come out and look at what we wanted to do and would then give us a quote. Well, he came over on a Saturday and met with my husband & I. Ross had a lot of good suggestions we went with. We relied on his expertise and reputation and we are so glad we did! Our project turned out better than I could have imagined! Everyone who has ever seen it is blown away. Ross is a perfectionist and I really appreciate that about him. He was at our house, on time every day of the project. Fast forward 2 years. We decided to remodel our guest bathroom and I didn't even have to think about it. If Ross couldn't do it, it wasn't getting done. He has spoiled us because he takes such pride in his work. After Ben did a fantastic job remodeling our daughter's kitchen, we hired him to remodel our kitchen and great room. This project involved removing a fireplace as well as some walls, and replacing floor tile throughout. Ben was easy to work with and highly dependable. He coordinated with our kitchen designer and communicated with us every step of the way. We were very pleased with Ben and hope to hire him again in the future.
