I had a flood in my house because a couple of pipes burst so WMF came out very quickly and they were at my home for about five hours to get everything set up. They were good as it can be when your house floods and they came every day until we are satisfied. They were super nice. Everything was great.

I can't say enough about the company, the staff, or the customer service. My home and barn were hit by a microburst and suffered unbelievable damage. The repairs, the rebuilt barn and the extra touches are so much more than I expected. My neighbors are impressed with the quality of work and I am in love with my little ranch. Josh and his crew at ASAP are awesome! I live out of state and was worried about having someone trustworthy deal with a massive sewage backup from a main line in a condo rental unit I own. Josh was out on the scene within an hour of my call and kept me personally informed & updated every step of the way. He was incredibly patient in dealing with issues with the condo association & the master insurance policy which were responsible for the repairs. He went out of his way to make sure everything was repaired above and beyond what was required. It was clear that our satisfaction was of the utmost priority to him and I truly appreciate that!!

Ken deserves the 5 Star rating. There were a few minor issues like every build goes through, but Ken made sure these were taken care of promptly. This is what a good company does. Highly recommend using them.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I had a minor flood happen to my house from my washer and was stressed out, when I called this company they calm me down and told me they would be right over to look at the damage sure enough they came within an hour to my home not even knowing if I was going to hire them. This company really does care about there customers, they saw I had a baby boy that's barley going to be one and sprayed a little where they saw mold so that it would stop it from developing and they also ripped out the carpet for me and threw it away for me. I obviously hired them and they did a great job and like I said before there caring and they don't just do this for the money they really care about helping you and fixing the issue. I highly recommend this company over anybody, you can't beat this kind of customer service and they gave me a great quote and we're very careful with my home.

Horrible experience with this company! Actually they do mot deserve any kind of star! The secretary lady seemed to be very nice so i trusted they were a good company until i met the main boss contractor Tim! He is very rude and definately has an Anger problem & should never be a part of a business if you do mot know how to be professional about it! I had them do a releveling service for me on my double wide trlr but come to find out i was told they could not do it due how bad it measurements were from one end to the other so they could not relevel it so was told to just get my refund and find someone else to do the job so thats what i went to the office for on monday but instead got a rude awakening from how theyre real true colors are and was even threatened to be picked up and thrown out of there! Very unprofessional and a rip off business so highly do not reccommend this place!! All i can say is Karma's got my back!
