You can’t go wrong with John and his staff. Very capable, dependable, attention to detail and very willing to work with your change requests and additions to your project. We love our Master Bathroom and Bedroom remodel so much we are having them do our Jack and Jill bathroom. In fact if we do anymore remodeling we will only have Allure do the work!

Completely unimpressed. I called them this morning just before 9am during their business hours. Their answering service picked-up and I relayed that I wanted to simply speak to someone at the company for about 10m to determine if the project we had was a good fit for them. She proceeded to ask me several questions to gather my contact information and then informed me that no one was available. She offered to schedule a quick call, but the next available time was TWO DAYS later. I politely declined. If this is the kind of intimacy and customer service Phoenix Home Remodeling delivers, I do not plan on ever being a customer.

EDIT on June 24, 2021: After reading this company's response, I increased my rating to 3*. While the response was fair, I do think the impersonal nature of an answering service (not actual company employees), coupled with the fact that availability for a very quick initial discussion was a full 2 days later would still keep me away from engaging. If I am going to work with someone on a project, I'd like to believe that the importance of a quicker response time and a more personal, direct interaction is paramount. Speaking to a third party service tasked only to gather my contact information and mechanically schedule a ~10m call 48 hours in advance does not give me the sense that this company is eager to engage their client base. That said, given the fact that I did NOT use their services, 1* admittedly felt harsh. I wish PHR the best of luck and strongly suggest they reconsider their screening process.

North Phoenix Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Team was beyond amazing, they helped us install some pretty tricky pieces successfully, they also painted and smoothed a wall. Great services.

Although there were a few supply issues, even they the guys managed to complete the task within the given time, they were very professional and educated. Keep up the excellent work.

Called rebath from newspaper ad and had a designer come to our home and go over what we wanted in the bethroom remodeling. After deciding what we wanted, established a date for work to be done.Workers arrived on time and started the destruction of the shower, old tub, and tile floor. Work was done in a VERY professional manner, with clean up done at the end of each day. The work lead was very professional and answered all of our questions whenever they came up. He was pleasant to work with, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful.Rebath was not the cheapest of the business we interviewed and also not the most expensive but I believe we received good value for the work done. I highly recommend the company and especially Jason Presz, the primary construction person.

Sunset Tile remodeled our master bathroom with a new walk in shower along with all new wall and floor tile. Excellent job and we are completely happy with the finished project.

We had our shower and tub removed and AZ bath masters remodeled the area into a beautiful walk in shower. It turned out awesome, Noah and Justin were the installers and they were wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Jim and Scotti were both very nice, our only complaint was that we had to keep calling to ask for dates or times of arrival instead of them communicating frequently with us, but when they said the workers would be there at a certain time they always were. I would recommend them for sure, the final product is awesome, absolutely love the tyvarian!!!!

I’m hesitant to put reviews out there, but I have to say this was an all-time great experience with Holtzman home improvements. All the way from the office staff being very knowledgeable and what they were saying to the construction workers come out out to the house. Their attention to detail is born on the best and I would highly recommend them. Thanks again thank you for all you guys do and your customer service! I will definitely be referring people to you in the future.

Todd Whittaker Drywall did a small remodel In our master bedroom, and from the day Todd came out to talk to us about the project, we felt very comfortable using his company to schedule the work. The estimate was fair and timely even though we had a couple of change orders. We can't say enough about his staff who worked relentlessly from the time they arrived to the time their day was finished. Their cleanup was exceptional! Our project was completed on time based on their original estimated work days. We are very pleased with the finished project, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. We loved working with Bret and the Rise Above team on our home remodel! Everything turned out so beautifully - the pictures speak for themselves. They only use the best products and features. We love having a pull out for our cutting boards / cookie sheets, built-in trash & recycling, lazy susan, etc. in our new kitchen. The timing for everything was perfect and the project stuck to plan. Every person who came to the house was so personable and nice and really treated our home like their own. We can't wait to work with them again on our upcoming bathroom remodels.

We had our master bathroom completely gutted, the oval tub replaced with a walk-in shower. The shower stall made into shelving storage, floors, toilet and vanity replaced.The job was very well done, the workers knowledgeable and friendly. They did abeautiful job, we are very pleased.

I can’t say enough good things about Jose’ Granda and Graco Home remodeling. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently and to our liking. I personally have never had a better customer service experience. Rarely would I ever rate anything a 10, but this was just that. Robert and Ana of West Haven Builders were wonderful to work with. We had a limited budget to repair damage from mold in our rental unit. They were more than happy to give us a line item estimate so that we could see the cost of each part of the total project. Robert had creative solutions that helped us cut costs . When we received the final bill, some of our items came in under the original estimate and we were charged the lower price. Robert and Ana were always on time and always kept us updated on their progress. We highly recommend West Haven Builders LLC for all construction projects. We will definitely use them again.

There have been so many moments when I knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that we hired the right company for our kitchen renovation.

We knew it when we did the first interview and Paul came to our house, took measurements, listened to our needs, and responded with drawings the next day.

We knew it when he candidly said “You’re not going to be happy with that tile” because he’d really listened to us and understood the look we wanted.

We knew it when they reimagined a coffee bar as a popcorn bar to accommodate my husband’s prized movie theater popcorn popper.

And we know it every day when we walk into our gorgeous new kitchen and our jaws still drop.

I can’t recommend Neoteric Builders LLC highly enough. I can’t wait to bring them back to rework our fireplace and surrounding built-ins.

Showed up on time. Work was done quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after themselves.

Russ was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and reassuring. The total bill was reasonable and I plan to use them again for future renovations.

We signed the contract to remodel the master shower April 29, 2021 after meeting with the salesman who responded to my email requesting a consultation. After very little contact from the company, I reached out to the salesman at the end of July. Not one little bit of work done to date. I had to get angry before someone started the work on Aug 16. Almost four months from signing. The work, according to the contractors secretary (who was rude on every level and threatened a lien against us, mind you we had already made two payments on work without any work started much less completed) said it takes two days to finish. 10 days later it was finished. Minus the glass which had to be ordered and was installed 3 weeks later. On Sept 17 the bathroom remodel was completed 16+ weeks later. That is not the end of the story. The shower floor stands in two inches of water after every shower. Drain works great. I signed off on that. But, water does not get to the drain. The salesman worked with us very kindly and graciously. But the rest of the contact with Bath Logic has been awful. I do not recommend using Bath Logic.
