My service tech as Angel. He installed the drinking water system under our sink to include alkaline for our water. Excellent job. We had Angel come back and upgrade the installation of our Soft Water system purchased elsewhere. He was on time, the upgrade looks amazing and thorough. He finished by explaining everything he upgraded. We will use Parker & Sons for all our home needs.

Everything went very smooth, from the initial phone call to schedule the appointment all the way until the technician solved my issue. I will recommend and use Deer Valley Plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs and in a house the age of mine, there will be plenty of future calls. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation pleasant.

Warning to females. Expect ‘man-explaining’ and being talked down to.

These guys are brutal. My house was built and plumbed by this company when built. I just called to see if they had replacement toilet lids and they can't find not one matching lid for my toilet. I have three toilets one of which has a mis match. The code for the toilet is the same on both different lids. However they cannot help me get the right one even though they put them in....took several phone calls to get ahold of them also. I sent the lady there an email of the right and wrong lid. Also pointed out that they both had the same identifying numbers on them. This was done to avoid them delivering the wrong lid. Of course...they brought the wrong one. Terrible experience with this business. I'm still without the right lid.....Go somewhere else.
