Best Custom Flooring in Phoenix AZ

Allure Bath came recommended to us from a business associate who recently had a bathroom remolded and it was beautiful! We met with John who was very friendly an accommodating to our busy schedule and came up with a very fair and competitive price. The proposal was very easy to understand and we paid what was quoted NO HIDDEN COST!! Now we have a INCREDIBLE master bath to enjoy daily! Such a wonderful feeling with my budgeting family! Mike the onsite manager was very family friendly and kept me completely informed on work and progress. The work done in a timely matter and cleanliness of the crew was a absolute blessing. They SURPASSED my highest expectations and we HIGHLY recommend Allure Bath Services.

I give a grade of 4.5 for the following: Although the remodel wasn't quite what we wanted, it all worked out in the end, got 2 niches instead of 1. Downside of the project was we couldn't use shower until a week passed. Doors were not usable and had to wait for work to be done on original niche. Also no contact from anyone about the project, I had to call to see if anyone was interested in our experience.

Our service technicians Lyle and Parker did an outstanding job installing our new shower. They were on time, courtesy, and very professional. My family highly recommend Jacuzzi Bath to anyone who ask! Great Service!

We are very pleased with the way our kitchen remodeling project turned out. They were not the lowest bid we received but not the highest either but overall we were comfortable with their ideas and references. Will use them again next year when we do our master bath

A few years ago, we had several significant cracks in the plaster walls and ceilings of our 1910 Craftsman bungalow. Rod with Homework Remodels was able to fix them all in one day and even now we can't tell where his patchwork starts and ends. Having a 100+ year old home in Phoenix, we're always looking for true craftsmen that will respect the style and idiosyncrasies of older houses and not just do the quick and easy fix. Thanks, Rod!

We used Rebath and Kitchens for the entire Kitchen remodel including installation of appliances. Josh and crew did an amazing job way ahead of time. Would recommend using them during complex jobs. They also assure of an excellent warranty. Thank you.

Excellent service and installation.

Their glass guy put in flawed glass and we can't get them to come fix it even though they keep saying they have the new glass. Paid a lot to have a sad looking me shower. Would not recommend them.

UPDATE: So glass company replaced one panel and it had a chip in it. Tried to buff out other flawed panel but was unable to make it look better. They also did not replace damaged hinge. Installers did not speak English so hard to communicate with them. They just shrugged their shoulders and left. Down to 1 star.

Through Home Advisor I got a referral for Holtzman Home Improvement for my bathroom project of replacing my shower and replacing my garden tub with a sitting area. I chose Holtzman over the other 3 contractors that bid the project due to their quick response, professional procedures yet personal interaction of all of the staff. The office is well stocked with materials and software yet I was permitted to use tile materials of my own choosing.
Melanie, the liaison, visited the project to be sure I got exactly what I thought I was getting. Brandon, the owner, was always responsive to a cell call even when I had a follow up issue which he cheerfully resolved.

Mine was a small project so scheduling was a bit haphazard. Some surprise workman appearances and a few scheduled steps moved to other days; but it was completed in a reasonable time and the quality of workmanship was consistent. The tile installer Hector was above and beyond.
Holtzman pricing was similar to 2 of the other contractors.
I would definitely recommend Holtzman for bathroom and kitchen projects.

We searched several individuals and companies to find TWD had a price that seemed more reasonable than others. Additionally, both Maria, who did all of the drywall repairs, some being rather tricky, and Javier, who did the painting, were sensational. They came on time, called beforehand, were respectful of the property and did a stellar job on everything! We could not be more pleased. When I called to ask for Maria for the 4th day in a row and learned that someone else was coming, I requested Maria remain as she knew exactly what was left to do: I was listened to! Spoke with Ross on the phone to put in tile Shower and tile bathroom floor. He threw out numbers of $6000 or more for services without even coming to view the area and measure, or bother to find out what kind of tiled shower design we were interested in, offered his thoughts on designs but never asked us what we wanted. Set appt for next morning but didn't have the decency to call and cancel as any decent company would have, sent an email 1.5 hours before appt. crappy customer service. This was an appt for a quote and i guess they did not need our business. Not a company I will work with! The phone conversation was very strange, hem hawing around. If he didn't want our business he should have been honest and up front. If I could have given zero stars that would be my rating.

Met with this company at the Home & Garden show on a Sunday and scheduled a consultation/estimate for Thursday that same week. Received a call on Wednesday saying they wouldn't be able to make it for Thursday and then rescheduled for the following Monday at 9am. They ended-up no-showing. No call. No email. No follow up. Never heard back from these people, which is a good thing because if there work is anything like their communication, it would have been a waste of time and money with the end result. I would never trust this company to do anything with my home considering how unprofessional they are.

We hired Ben from Champion to remodel our newly purchased home. He did a superb job, and was a pleasure to work with. His crew was professional, clean, punctual, and completed the project on schedule. Ben and his crew are true craftsmen, and if your looking for a contractor that doesn't cut any corners and does incredible work you need to hire Ben.

During my home remodeling it was a very pleasant surprise to work with Rise Above and Bret Buckner who remodeled my master bath. The process was relatively easy and they showed up on time! Their bid was very competitive (I obtained four), they did quality work, and they always seemed happy and helpful. The final result is spectacular.

Kevin and the tile guy were amazing to work with. Gave 4 starts instead of 5 due to flooring, printing, and vanity issues. Kevin was quick to help with those issues and took care of other people’s mistakes.

Jeff did an amazing job for my kitchen renovation. Very professional and reliable and project was done as planned and on time. Will use his company again for my future projects!

From the minute we walked into his showroom we knew we were getting professional courteous service that was specific to what we wanted. We had to be very patient with selecting our quartz because many suppliers were out of stock due to issues with the pandemic. Anthony was persistent with them and made sure we got exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier.
