Best Solar System Install in Phoenix AZ

I recently purchased a home that had a solar system, but no information about it was available to me from the seller. As part of my 10-day inspection process I contacted Pep Solar to inspect it. I chose them based upon their A+ BBB rating and their proximity to my property.

I spoke to Diane at Pep Solar and she helped me determine that it was probably still under warranty. She gave me the information I needed to contact the solar company who installed the system and offered additional help if I needed it.

Even though I didn't use this company for the inspection, the service I received from Diane convinced me to write this review for anybody thinking about putting solar on their home. This is the level of service and professionalism that I would want from a company performing work on my home. I highly recommend Pep Solar.

Greg was extremely knowledgeable, prepared and also a good listener. I was “open” to the idea of solar after many years of not being convinced it was a good investment and with constant technology changes. It wasn’t until my APS bill went up $50/month (I’m in equalizer and used AC less and thermostat was set higher), that I knew it was time to consider solar. Greg was professional from the beginning and very personable. Never was he pushy, just informative. I referenced my APS usage through my online account and was able to easily compare how I would benefit with solar by paying less and able to lock in a 20 year rate (lease). My house accommodated the amount of panels I needed to match my current power usage. I’m paying $240/month for a 2400 sq ft house on the APS equalizer plan. My new bill will be locked in at about $185 because of solar and will likely eliminate my need and bill for APS supplies power. I did the math and took into consideration the increased and future increases with APS bills, and solar was the way to go. I’m looking forward to using cleaner energy that is generated directly from the sun and not spending as much green ($$).

They are a scam company. They lied to my wife about tax write off. Our monthly payment went up 100 dollars. We never get a tax form from them. They do not answer their phone due to they operating fraud and scamming people.

The SouthFace team recently completed a solar/battery installation at my home. Their team was efficient and extremely knowledgable, and the installation is professional from start to finish. The amount of detail that goes into one of these installations is amazing, from the electric wiring, to the panel installation, to the running of conduit and J-boxes in the attic. Corey, the owner of SouthFace was on-site the majority of one day during the installation, and it was pleasing to see him quizzing and educating his crew on various electric topics during their lunch break. The entire system has recently had final configurations applied, and I now avoid completely the 3 - 8 pm APS on-peak charges completely, running my house completely from solar and battery. Great job!

They went above and beyond for us! Our electric bill was getting outrageous. If not for their kindness and diligent work we would still have a huge bill. We will be recommending them to all our friends and family. Thank you to Universal for making your kindness and professionalism.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I plan on using Aneva again on another home in the Scottsdale area. Thank you Mark & Chris.

I loved how clean this crew was! Not only did they show up on time, but they continuously cleaned up after themselves and kept their uniform clean. Scheduled a technician to come out to the house at 3pm. Technician comes out at 11:30 and says, yeah, I know I'm early and proceeds to do whatever he needs to. Doesn't apologize, doesn't care that our time was scheduled a certain way. Luckily my wife got home early to answer the door. Very unprofessional. Do NOT schedule a formal meeting time and not abide to it!

We ordered two of their skylights through Home Depot. We have five others from them that we've been impressed with. When we got our shipment in, one of them was damaged. I called Christian at their office in Arizona and within two business days they had me a new one.

These guys make a very good product, at a very good price and have...very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very good tubular skylight.

Answered all my questions in an easy way to understand, let me know what they were doing waiting for and what to expect. Had a very friendly vibe and kept me in loop of the whole solar panels installation process. Very happy with their work and them.

When we decided to go solar Mike Sommers helped us out every step of the way. We called him with questions and he came out several times to check out the installation. He was honest up-front and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend Mike to family and friends.

I don’t know much about Solar and how the process works. I was nervous to take that leap but Karina and Edwin really helped me understand how the process of solar works. Most people try to force you to buy and sell you on how good their product is. Karina and Edwin were great about making sure I knew all the information before I took any further steps.
