Best Solar Battery in Phoenix AZ

I just purchased a home in Peoria which already had solar panels. I called this company to ask about upgrades and purchasing additional panels. I was told I have to pay between $400 and $800 just for them to come out! The guy was nice about it but that’s nonsense lol

Phoenix Green Team is a great one stop shop for saving on your electric bill. Starting with an energy audit & efficiency steps and finishing with solar makes so much sense. Why waste money going with a solar only solution. Greg made sure my ducts were tight with an attic that is properly insulated first and then we sized for solar which allowed me to look at a smaller solar system saving me big. Go solar but do it smarter with Greg.

There was an issue with my solar, texted Eli the original salesman and he got in contact with the manager. Sent pics of the issue and then next day the MANAGER CJ came down from Pheonix and serviced and got the system back online. Great job and educated me on additional information and even took the time to look at an external socket and fixed the wiring there...great job and very personable. We bought our panels instead of leasing. The company rep. explained to us types of panels, the process for approval, Federal and State tax credits we will (have now received on this years tax return), timeline from signing of contract to when panels would go live. The company met the timeline. A few times since Sept. 2014 the software to monitor production was lost. On each occasion one phone call was made and a tech was out and I was able to again look on my laptop and see what my panels were producing. A neighbor of mine went with a competitor two weeks after I signed. I was live in Sept. 2014 and he was live in Jan. 15! I have no problem in referring people to Solar Topps. We received three bids and Solar Topps was the best price, we are very happy we went with them and have referred them to friends.

Excellent company to work with. Everything was outlined and listed up front, there was no surprise or additional charges. I was notified whenever there was work going to be done and to when they had to wait to further word due to inspections needed at different stages of progress. I have had my system since summer of 2014 and never had any problems. It has saved large amounts of dollars in electric bills. So for me, this was a very wise choice in going solar.

PS. I would like to add that I had estimates from other solar companies and SouthFace Solar was the most reasonable plus having panels made in USA.

Watt masters sent electrician Bill and his assistant Brandon to add electrical to the living room and master bedroom ceilings. Then to put in ceiling fans. It was a big job. The placement was well calculated and eye pleasing. The price was right. Two days scheduled, but completed in one. Wow.

Mike was very friendly, prompt, and put us at ease immediately. He is very helpful and explained things in layman’s terms so we understood what was happening with our inverter. Bless you and thank you, Mike!!

This is the worst service I have ever gotten from a company. Everyone I talk to defers to someone else. No one wants to help. I have simple questions about my system and contract because I'm selling my house and the potential buyer wants answers so they can write an offer. Leo is the worst supervisor ever, I'm not even sure how he's a supervisor. If Vivint was still my provider, I wouldn't be having these issues. Now that I'm having this hard of time I will definitely NOT be getting a new system on my new house like planned. Thanks for nothing!

After paying $40,000 cash in April thanks to a slick sales presentation, we’d been promised we’d be up and running on solar by June. Imagine our surprise when June came and went and still no solar. It was finally installed in late June and we repeatedly had to call the company and sales rep about the incorrect placement of the grounding wire. Now here we are fast approaching the end of July and still NO SOLAR! And today we learned that the sales rep who sold us this pie in the sky dream has left the company because of questionable business practices. Just great! Why make promises you can’t deliver? And why not make it right by at least helping us out with our June & July SRP bills? We won’t recommend this company and we won’t be using them for solar on the new house we’ve just bought. AZ Energy Pro’s are pros alright … pro’s at conning honest, decent people out of their money.

***Update*** 8/5/22 Our solar was finally turned on today following conversations with the owners this week. Not only were AEP’s owners dismayed to hear what we’d gone through, they were genuinely apologetic and wanted to make it right. To that end, they reduced our final payment by $1000 and Russ himself came to our home today to ensure the start up went smoothly. Now that the owners know the issues we and other customers have faced, I’m fairly confident they will continue to right the wrongs and endeavor to make Arizona Energy Pro’s a company we can at last recommend.

Sun Harvest had installed our original system under contract to Salt River Solar, which are out of business now. I wanted to add some panels to the original system. Contacted Brandon and worked with him to evaluate our electric bills and size the additional panels. Also Brandon was knowledgeable on “grandfathering” in system, adding to it or installing a separate second system, very happy with his help and guidance. Once the size and plan for the new separate system, Sun Harvest installed system efficiently with no issues. Typical delays in gettin APS to set the new meter, but it all worked fine. Had a couple questions on the new inverter operstion since the lights were little different from my old inverter, but Brandon answered all my questions!! Good Company!!

Hector was our salesman and I couldn't be more please with his knowledge and honest. What he said was all true. I did get to other estimates and by far they were the most honest and trustworthy company.
