I went through Universal to have solar put on my house. My representative, Alan was amazing!! He took the time to explain the process and how everything worked. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about helping his customers. He is extremely efficient and always responds quickly. Shortly after having the panels installed, my bill started to dramatically drop. I would highly recommend them and especially Alan if you're considering going solar.

So I dealt with Mark, Chris, and Natalie at Aneva. This installation was for a rental property and I was out of state. I cannot tell you the planning and coordination Aneva had to go through during Covid to get this done. I really want to thank the whole team for the time, effort, and energy. I called at 12:30 on a Sunday, and Tommy was at my house within 30 minutes! He was on his way to lunch with his wife but came to fix my electric problem first. He was in and out in half an hour, and fixed three problems in that time.

Also he showed up wearing a mask. I did not even have to ask. I appreciated this because I had turned away a different electrician at the door the day before because he would not wear a mask.

Mike Beyer is an excellent sales person. he help us to the end with our solar project.
